Unhappy service

I purchased my pre owned Colorado in August 2022. I quickly learned that the heater did not work and brought it in to be repaired. also the 12 volt connector in the cab did not work. I brought it in on a Saturday the first time and after sitting there for 3 hours they didnt resolve the issues but asked me to return it the following Saturday which I did. This time I sat there for seven hours and again they didn't resolve the issues. I was told they needed to order some part and they would contact me to schedule another appointment. That was 8 months ago and I've never received a call back nor a reply to various voice mails I have left. I reside in Stockton and driving to Sacramento to get these items resolved is one thing but to be ignored is another. This past weekend I had to replace a fuse and to my shock I found where someone simply put a piece of duck tape on a fuse to hold it in unknown to me until this past weekend. I am very very unhappy with the service I have not received from Epic in eight months.!The purchase was great as was my salesman however their service department has a lot to desire. I have no other choice now but to file a complaint with Chevrolet directly and then maybe someone will listen and resolved my issues.

Wonderful

Everyone was fantastic. We have zero complaints from sales to financing. Everyone was really wonderful and I would recommend them 100%. The car buying process was wonderful.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

We bought our Escalade from them, sales personnel is nice, service department is AWFUL. I mean really bad service. No one acknowledges you upon arriving, wait times are terribly long, rental cars are not accommodating for needs and they bottom line just lie. We just had a dead battery, they told us we didn't need a new one, they charged it, and 2 days later it's dead again. This is just one bad experience I have had. Too many to talk about.

Won’t send pictures

I found a car I like online. I live 2 plus hours away and asked for pictures. They send me basic pictures of the car. Two different people emailed me and I told them I know what the car looks like I want pictures of the car on the lot. I don’t want to drive all the way down and not know what the car looks like. Both people kept emailing and calling but no one would send me pictures. They lost a sale because I went somewhere else!
