Fantastic!

Everyone at Aspen Motor Company was incredibly kind and respectful. I recently purchased my Subaru from them and I absolutely LOVE it!! Plus the entire process was very quick and easy!

Inconsiderate

Called in the AM after my previous email hadn't been answered, confirmed vehicle was on site and available. I let them know I would be heading up and it was a 2.5hr drive for me. I arrived and asked about the vehicle I could see still sitting in the lot and was informed someone made a "deposit" on the vehicle. After emailing, calling, and driving 2.5 hrs I think either a phone call or email would have been the least they could have done. Instead I spent my day on a 5 hr round trip for nothing when I had planned to leave with that vehicle paid in full providing there were no surprises upon inspection. Had I not all but made an "appointment" to see the vehicle, I could understand. And I definitely would prefer to have seen the vehicle gone rather than be told a "deposit" was made. It's personally not how I do business and it's not the way I expect people to do business with me. I didn't ask them to hold it for a week, just to simply allow me the drive time. With that being said, the dealership was a little smaller than I expected but seemed well kept and the vehicle I was looking at appeared to be in quite good condition and reasonably priced.

Honest people

The staff are very friendly and personable. Honest about any issue and lets just say if they didn't know about any issues they are will to make it right. I really appreciate you all! Thanks for my new ride!

First Class Purchase

Great experience! Joel and the team made the purchase extremely easy and painless. The vehicle were exactly as described and in the photos. The facility was great and I liked that their inventory is kept indoors.

Superior Customer Service

They got exactly what I was looking for after I called and spoke with Joel. I got a great deal on my 17 Platinum Tundra and the customer service has been amazing. I have probably been the hardest customer with all my requests and specifics with what I wanted and what I could afford but they made it happen. I had an issue with my lending bank at the last minute and the guys at Aspen were able to roll with it and work out a solution. I will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Joel at Aspen Auto.
