I could write a book on the reasons to stay away from this company. Still waiting on a call from the manager. bought a new 2024 f150 tremor. Picked it up dirty, half tank of gas, missing floor mats and only one key. CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO RETURN MY CALL. I've left the manager 8 messages with the front desk and answering machine to call me back (over a 1.5 week period). Getting estremely irritated. They are avoiding me and burying this expensive purchase. Wheres my survey!? Where is my stuff!? I bought local so that I would have the support.

The sales rep was nice.
The sales rep was nice. However the car I purchased had a defect on it that I was not aware of and as I was driving right after I left the dealership RIGHT AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE, the sunroof exploded while I was driving. Little shards of Glass were coming through the cover which I got cuts on my hands and I almost crashed because of the noise it scared the crap out of me and sounded like an explosion. Thank goodness I didn’t have it open and the cover caught all of the big pieces of glass. I contacted the sales rep right away and even returned back to the dealership all for them to tell me there’s NOTHING they can do to help me. I get that it’s glass and anything can happen but sunroofs shouldn’t just be exploding that way and that was not my fault in any way. That could have been deadly and caused harm to other drivers as well. They wouldn’t even give me a quote on how much it would be to fix or even offer to have their dealership look at it. They just simply brushed it off as if it is no longer their problem and they did absolutely nothing to help me or even show they cared at all about what happened. Here we are two weeks later and my sunroof still has not been fixed. I ended up filing a claim through my insurance company but finding a glass company to fix it has been so difficult. I have been quoted at a place I came across over the weekend that I am working on going through and it will cost me $1950 to get it fixed. Not only that one of the back tires also popped and I am now having to come out of money for that a total of $765 for two new back tires because of the extreme wall damage they had and that’s coming from the tire shop. Once you make a purchase with this place just be prepared to deal with any and all issues on the vehicle even when it’s just minutes or hours of driving off their lot. I have no intentions on damaging a vehicle I just purchased and it wasn’t a cheap purchase either. Once you drive off that lot anything that goes wrong is simply on YOU!!! Even after putting down a good amount of money and having a bit of a higher car payment they DO NOT care to help at all. I haven’t even been followed up with to see how the repair process is going or if I have been able to get it taken care of. Their customer service is awful once they get their sales. I would not recommend anyone here. This is a money hungry company that’s all about sales and not about their customers. Worst mistake and decision I have made in a very long time but I really needed a vehicle.

Avoid the service department
I have given the service department a chance for years, believing it would get better. It is worse, the attempt to be more organized has only made the experience more frustrating with the same result. Repairs are 50% likely to be resolved, resulting in future appointments, long wait times, zero accountability. Do not be lured back in with discounts and coupons, the result is the same. You will leave your vehicle longer than you want, you will have more follow ups than you want, and you will pay more than expected. This is over the span of years, my trust in this dealership is worn out.

All salesman smile r nice & pleasant so was ur Ex
All car dealerships tryi to take all the money they can from every customer/victim. They always smile, are cheerful, "the best salesperson ever". Of course don't be stupid! Doesn't matter the dealership. The problem is your "salesman" is not the finance insurance person (chief liar), the service manager, the technicians or the general manager who really DO matter to the customer/victim. Facts: June 2023 purchased vehicle with year of free maintenance, $1000 gas card as an incentive to buy from Ford. Now September 2023 No gas cards, no call back from dealership to explain either the misrepresentation or why the service and gas vouchers not delivered. Just a fact @Trevor Fact: Repeated calls to have "free" service performed. No calls returned >5. Messages left no return. This is all on General Manager, Service Manager and Young Automtive Group. Fact: Young Ford uses the lowest quality lubricants they can to save the dealership money and maximize their profits, the result you believe that your vehicle is serviced with integrity, quality lubricants etc. but you DO NOT GET THEM but you get a smile, cheerful disposition as your vehicle prematurely breaks down and needs replacement === making you again a customer/victim of the smiling, cheerful, best salesman ever. How do I know? Non Young Auto Repair/Machine Shop looked at lubricants and told us, same for filters. People pay an a lot of money for a good product - Ford Truck (no complaints). To maximize the return on this investment the service and maintenance matter and this is starts with the values of the company, management, and technicians who do this work. Beware of Young Automotive generally - Ask questions, Read the reviews of others. Most people want what they are paying for and when they don't get responsible responses from dealership(s) they go to writing lengthy reviews out of frustration and warning to others. BEWARE OF YOUNG.

Awesome visit
I went there to get an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. And Ryan from quick lane came out to talk to me about my vehicle and even showed me my brakes personally to make sure I knew they were bad and what he found on the inspection! I would recommend going here!! Great service!!

NEVER buy a car here ZERO ⭐️⭐️⭐️stars
If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. We went to buy a new vehicle and the APR percentage rate was not the same as we were told on the phone for the preapproval. After a exhausting four hours of arguing we headed back home without a new vehicle. I have read people for many years and these idiots were lying straight to me and do not care about the buyers! DO NOT Buy a car there you will regret it! Unprofessional and I can’t believe Ford let’s stuff like this go on!

Awesome Dealership!!
I’m a big fan of F150’s but I’m an even bigger fan of Young Ford in Ogden. I worked with Jordan Mickles and he helped me find a truck that was perfect for me without being pushy!!! Will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade.

Taking advantage of old people.
My 84-year-old sister has a nice 2015 C-Max Ford that's a bit too low to get in and out of her driveway without scraping the bottom of the front end of her car just a bit as she exits the curb. That was fine until she was driving the other day and suddenly heard a horrible noise coming from the front of her car. She pulled into a nearby parking area and called me. We found that a piece of the small panel under the front bumper had come loose and was dragging on the street. This was a result of the fasteners being slowly worn through over time from scraping the curb. I taped it up so it wouldn't drag on the street, and we took her car to Young Ford in Ogden to get the parts fixed/replaced. They looked it over and gave us a list of needed parts. We then had to talk to their parts department, which said they could be brought up from their Clearfield warehouse that same day. The service department told us to leave her car and they would call us when they had it fixed, so I took my sister home. They never called so we returned shortly before closing time to find her car untouched. The service department personnel stated they had gotten busy and "forgot" to order the parts. My sister took her car home that night rather than leaving it there overnight. The next day I returned a couple of times to see if they had ordered the parts. They finally called and said they had received all of the required parts, so my sister took her car back to them. Service personnel told her they would check her front-end alignment and wheel balance to ensure they were okay. I went down to get my sister so she didn't have to wait at the dealership and told them the alignment should not be a problem and they told us they had "checked" it and it was okay. They also told my sister they wouldn't do any additional work without her okay. Several hours later they called my sister and told her the car was ready. When she went to pick it up, they told her they had also aligned her front end and charged her for it! I would not have paid for this unauthorized work, but I wasn't there and she's 84 years old and needs her car. What a bunch of JERKS!!!

Just a friendly service announcement. I’d highly advise against buying a vehicle from Young Ford Ogden. We purchased a new truck last fall with warranty and everything. We should have known from the start is was bad idea as our salesmen swiped on tinder making comments such as “nope she’s fat” or “yep I’d hit that” this was accompanied by some extremely racist jokes that were unprovoked on our end. Back to the truck it has been in the shop 5 times since we purchased with a lead time of 2-4 weeks each time. Totaling 3 months since last October. I wouldn’t have even cared if they just had a loaner vehicle each time, but they didn’t. So we would be out a vehicle each time and end up shuttling for work schedules etc. I approached Young about doing something to make this right and they made us an offer of 20k less than what we bought it for. I understand markets fluctuate, but we put 10k miles on it is all. But don’t worry they offered a gift card to our “favorite Ogden restaurant” to make amends. Salesmen ended up extremely salty after we stated that wasn’t enough. It ended up falling right under what the lemon law would accept. Let our mistake save you thousands and hopefully give you a better car shopping experience.
