Was not given a temporary license plate. My wife was pulled over by a Louisiana State trooper. Shouldn't have happened. We gave a certified check and should have been given a bill of sale ant the old title.

These surveys and reviews are sent from the Nissan Brand itself. You can always opt out and/or unsubscribe from them. Lack of communication on when the car would be ready.
Lack of communication on when the car would be ready. Was to be ready Saturday. No call. Then was told it would be ready sometime Monday so i missed work again only to find out it was ready before Monday. We were quoted $1400 for repairs only to show up and be told it was over $1650. Then after reviewing and talking in circles we were told it was an error bc the repair person 'added one more hour'. That's a really pricey hour?!? Felt really shady. And on top of all that no one even vacuumed the xxxx thing. To say i was less than pleased for be a huge understatement

I called and scheduled my recall work a week or more in advance. You had my car all day and did nothing. You wanted to keep it 2-3 more days. I took it to another dealership and the took care of both recall items in about an hour and a half. I asked you to stop messaging about the recalls and leaving a review because I had it resolved elsewhere and here we are …. You want me to rate service you did not do. 👎

I unfortunately do not see an account under your listed name. We the dealership do not send out the recall notices, nor do we send out the review emails. All that comes from the Nissan Brand itself. Glad you were able to get the recalls resolved.
