I purchased a used BMW from the North Palm Beach

I purchased a used BMW from the North Palm Beach dealership. My salesman was Anthony Orio. The purchase was made remotely as I am in AZ. Anthony was deceptive when describing the vehicle’s condition. Prior to purchase I had them do a walk around video and the car appeared in great condition. I specifically asked if the vehicle was fully operational and was told it had no issues. When the vehicle was delivered to me, I immediately noticed that the parking sensor was not operational. I had this diagnosed at the local dealership and they identified that one of the sensors on the back bumper had damage to it, which impacted the whole system. I called and spoke to Anthony and he assured me the vehicle was fine when it left the dealership, however I had the local BMW dealership pull the failure code and it shows this issue was present months before the sale and that the warning light had come on 255 times since, which confirms this notice was present and warning light indicators triggers more than one time per day. It is clear to me that Anthony was not being honest with me. I called and emailed both the sales manager, Jeff Abelha and the CEO, Sal DelGreco. With my concerns and neither has had the professionalism to call me back and address this issue. It cost $2100 to repair this damage. This dealership falsely advertised the condition of this vehicle and then made a deals with me in bad faith. Be cautious with this dealership

The car was sold as a Non-Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle with a Limited Warranty and then shipped out of state, we are not responsible for shipping damages that may occur.

Your assertion that the vehicle was damaged in transport is not supported. As I noted above, I have a printout from the car’s computer that was extracted by a certified BMW dealer and it clearly shows that the parking assistance was non-functional since late September. The vehicle was not damaged in transport. The system triggered 255 times since September, meaning the display showed the error every time the vehicle was started. It is unreasonable to believe that the staff was not aware of this issue prior to the sale. Your auto dealer continues to deal in bad faith and I have evidence to prove it. I will continue to seek remedies in this case until I am properly compensated for the repair cost

Don Myers did such a great job with my 2nd lease with

Don Myers did such a great job with my 2nd lease with Schumacher that we came back for a third , and he did a even better, I told him where I needed to be and he got us there! I will be back in 5 months for my 4th lease and you better believe I will be going to see Don Myers! Overall very satisfied

Donald Myers assisted me when I needed to replace my

Donald Myers assisted me when I needed to replace my F-150. He was very personable and transparent throughout the entire purchase. I had looked at a lot of dealerships across Florida, and many of them post misleading prices online versus what the general person actually ends up qualifying for. The price I called expecting for a 2025 GMC Sierra based on their website was exactly what it was when I called Don at the dealership. In addition, there were no pushy sales tactics like I experienced at other places. I was very happy with Don and my experience at Schumacher, and I love my new Sierra.

Yaris Martinez is patient & so sweet !

Yaris Martinez is patient & so sweet ! I would recommend him to the world if I could! From the 1st initial phone call, he wasn’t like your regular sales guy. He wasn’t overbearing & every time we spoke he allowed me to share with him what I felt was right for me. It wasn’t all about a “SALE” which is what I admire MOST of him. He was ALWAYS open & honest with all my questions. Being that this was my 1st time walking into a dealership, he included me in EVERYTHING. I didn’t feel one bit as if numbers were being thrown at me & I was overwhelmed. I’m so very happy with Yaris & how smoothly he made the process for me !
