Hands-down this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! My spouse bought a car from Tyler the week prior. I had been looking for a car for quite some time hadn't settled yet on what I wanted & was in no hurry to buy. Tyler is the reason I purchased from Schumacher. This guy is gold! Zero pressure. So unlike every dealership I walked away from. The car felt like a bonus! I'm loving the car!!! This is my first VW & first Certified car purchase. If all goes well it won't be the last.

Arrived on time for a scheduled safety recall repair for my 2008 VW Tiguan. The young gentleman said it would probably take about 1.5 hours for the repair so he offered for the shuttle to take me to the nearest department store. After sitting in the very uncomfortable waiting area at the dealership for over an hour, the shuttle never showed, and I was told they didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle. How can a dealership not have the parts for a safety recall???? It's beyond my understanding, and unfortunately I have to take more time off to go back to the dealership. When I made the appointment, I specifically said it was for the recall, and the woman who took my appointment seemed well aware of the fuse/plug recall. Needless to say, I'm pretty annoyed but not surprised.

I love my new jetta sportwagen and got exactly what I wanted. Taylor did and excellent job explaining everything and keeping me informed. It was my first car purchase and he was a pleasure to work with.

My experience was excellent but I have one concern. I was there to have my headliner replaced and now the sunglasses holder in my roof falls open all the time. It was fine before. I haven't had time to come back because this is not critical but wanted you to know.

I appreciate dealing with the same service technician for the past 12 years and she knows me and my cars and that is helpful when I come in for service and she treats me well.

I want to thank vw for the good will gesture in fixing my vw tiquan due to the fuse box that melted. Cindi in service was great in helping me . Thanks to all Tom

The people are friendly and courteous. Car was serviced when promised. I was able to get a loaner car which was very important to me. Very satisfied with my experience.
