I was looking for a specific pre owned Honda Odyssey for my family. OC Auto Club had exactly what we wanted. 1 Owner, 100% Dealership Maintenance on Carfax report. The only issue was, we were 2 hours away from dealership. I reached out and spoke to David Song, from start to finish David was extremely helpful and did everything possible on his end to accommodate the entire process over the phone and online. Everything was transparent, which is never the case at a dealership. He was pressure and hassle free, never have I had this type of communication with a dealership. David called me to keep me up to date on the process, and when we were ready to come pick up our new Odyssey. This was the easiest experience ever with purchasing a car. All we had to do was arrive, sign a few papers, and drive away with what we wanted. David and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the remote purchase experience. I called John and he talked to me on the phone like I would be able to get a loan when I told him my credit score. His storey sure changed when I got there. He looked at me like I was a bum when I arrived because I was wearing jeans and flip flops and a t-shirt. When I got there he asked me my credit score AGAIN, and he told me with a score of 650 that he couldn't get me a loan because his loan people wouldn't do it. He NEVER asked me how much of a down payment I had or ANYTHING about me before he talked me out of leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I took my $5000 down payment around the corner to Honda World on Beach Blvd. And they sold me a 2016 Honda Pilot which blows his piece of crap out of the water. I guess he judged me before he even tried to sell me a car. Smooth move John Won, that's his last name but he lost.

John was amazing and very straightforward.. He was not pushy but he did everything he could do make it work out, he also did everything he said he would do.. The only issue for me was they don’t give you a warranty but John had the scratched bumper replaced and he took the car to the Lexus dealership for an inspection and provided me with the report. If you go see John, he will do what he says he will do.. He’s a good guy! And…They have very nice cars!

John was very friendly and dealt with our concerns of our purchase immediately. No pressure just a smooth transaction. We highly recommend John and OC auto sales.

Needed a clean, reasonably priced replacement commuter car. Found a hybrid Lexus here and once I decided to pull the trigger these guys had me out the door keys in hand in under an hour. They came up with slightly better financing even through a credit union than I had secured myself prior to coming in. John Won and Jay Bautista tackled sale together to get me on the road in no time. Very polite and professional both. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and these guys are some of the best I’ve worked with. Thanks again!

Very clean, everyone was properly wearing masks. John was very nice and helpful during the searching process. He did not pressure me in any way to buy a car, which I really enjoyed.

I'll start by saying this is my 2nd car buying experience and it was a hundred times better than my first at Kia of Irvine, I was basically hassled into over paying for a car, and it took almost an entire day, they pulled my credit report so many times and tried forcing me to finance through them when I had a credit union. OC Auto Club was the exact opposite I went test drove and then decided to go home and think about it and was never rushed or hassled, I got home and went back 2 hrs later told them what I was approved for and had the car home in my possession in less than 4 hours. Had the vehicle 2 weeks almost and it runs great. No dealer fees, no pressure. I would totally recommend OC Auto Club, only negative thing I can say is that they have such a decent size inventory but a small lot so if there is a car you want to test drive it may take some time for then to get it out as they are all pretty much bumper to bumper.
