I am writing this letter to commend Ashley Whitford, Owner Loyalty Manager at Mike Rezi Nissan, for the outstanding customer service she provided during a recent issue I experienced with my vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Mercedes from your dealership, and after only a week of ownership, the car began having problems. The check engine light came on, and the vehicle felt as if it did not want to pull. I reached out to the dealership several times in hopes of speaking with a salesman or manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive a call back. After a few days, AJ contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back so it could be sent to the service department. After the car was there for about a week, I received a call explaining that the vehicle carried a 30-day/1,000-mile warranty, which had expired since the car had reached 1,600 miles. I was frustrated and asked to speak with the store manager, and that is when I was connected with Ashley. From the very beginning, Ashley demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and true dedication to customer satisfaction. She carefully listened to my concerns, explained the situation, and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Although the warranty had technically expired, Ashley assured me that, out of good faith, the dealership would perform a one-time goodwill repair. She acknowledged the difficulties I had gone through, including the fact that I had to bring the car back from Alabama, and she made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because of her commitment, compassion, and willingness to help, what started as a stressful and disappointing experience turned into a positive one. Ashley showed me that customer loyalty and trust are a true priority at Mike Rezi Nissan. I am forever grateful for her support and the excellent service she provided. Ashley is truly an asset to your team, and I want to thank her for her professionalism, her patience, and her willingness to go the extra mile. I've been with the Nissan dealership and service unit for more than 15 years now I've purchased two brand new cars within that time and I've always been pleased with the courteous and professionalism that the staff render whenever I visit which is quite a bit because I'd like to stay on top of suggested service for my vehicle My service advisor for the past 2 years has been Israel and also the long-term supervisor of the actual service area Leslie always give courteous and professional as well as knowledge assistance to my needs I'm very very pleased and I don't let anyone else service my vehicle I always take it back to Mike Rezi Nissan very nice dealership on the Nalley Way in Doraville, Georgia. Kudos to the staff !!!!!
