Puente hills chevy is a scam

Liars!! Chevy only show you the best reviews but not the real ones just visited puente hills chevy last night and it was worst thing i could of done. These people lie and even after you explain your situation they will still try to ruin your credit with hard inquiries . Walked out with nothing but hard inquiries thank you puente hills chevrolet .

LIARS

Awful service! Why other companies can give you 2 oil free while here in Chevy does only 1 and so they can ripped you off by lying to customers and etc! I wouldn’t recommend the Chevy dealership because they will always ripped you off no matter what! Don’t get vehicle here in Chevy unless you ACTUALLY want it.. so to all be careful in the future because there’s are people whose are GREEDY!

Buyer beware of the bait and switch used here

Sales rep lied about the availability of a truck and then scheduled an appointment with me to come see it. I drove the 2 hours in work hour traffic to just find the sales rep who told me to ask for them by name not there. Nor was the truck!!! The sales rep that did try to help me just kept walking me around, asking if I saw anything I liked. When the sales person finally admitted the truck I had come to see was not there, he just kept trying to get me to look at other things. This type of bait and switch is unacceptable! I wish that zero stars was an option for the way this stealership treated me. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware, steer clear!

Great service

Daniel helped us purchase our new vehicle and was super great and helpful. Will be recommending for any future purchases! Customer service was exceptional and they were willing to work with us to get the price we needed.

Ernesto did a wonderful job selling me a 2023 Chevrolet EUV Premier. Five stars all the way around. Excellent Service from all parties involved. Yes!

Price as Advertised, no hidden incentives

Very easy transaction. Martin and Elijah were very knowledgeable about the vehicle i wanted purchase. This dealership honored the price that was listed on the internet, no hidden incentives that i had to qualify for in order to get their best price possible. Other dealerships advertise a certain price to me, had me go in and waste time only to decline me for the listed price on the Internet. I would definitely refer to a friend and buy another car from this dealership!

Best Service Advisor!

This review is for the service dept. In particular the service advisor Pavel. I have been to many Chevy service stations and by far Pavel has been the best. His attention to meeting customers needs is the BEST! He makes sure that all of your questions are answered, and he returns calls within 30 min or less. There was never a time I left a VM and he didn't call me back right away. He goes above and beyond! Thank you Pavel!

Don’t waste your time

If you’re ready to buy a truck for 5000 more than the advertised price. This is your place. Otherwise stay clear. They use old school sales tactics and force you to buy unwanted accessories that are mandatory. Their paint and theft protection is 2400. So If you decide to actually go to this dealership you can account for it. The managers were definitely the worst. They get confused when you ask them simple questions. Like what is my interest rate. They have to visit with another manager 2 or 3 times before you get an actual answer. If you’re an informed consumer with a phone and can easily find out what your payment should be based on a purchase price, tax and fees. Stay clear.

Lack of customer service

Greetings, I purchased a used truck from your dealership on February 17. Jesse Gomez was my salesman and he was great and went above and beyond to make the sale smooth. THis is where the great service ended, right when you got the money, the service ended. After I got the car home I began hearing a noise when I drove it and went to my mechanic and he said there was a lift kit added to the truck and that the stabilizer bar is rubbing against the strut. My mechanic said $300.00 to remove it. I called the dealer over 5 times and left messages and never got a return call. They only responded when I left an email that I had poor service. Paul Rojas was my sales manager who was so good to sell me the car but now that the sale is done Paul woul never return my call. I left a frustrated email and he finally called and said they could not remove the lift kit. THis is a simple process and would have gone a long way to make a happy customer. Just to save a mere $300. They have the money and I am frustrated. Not a good business model. I went to a dealer to get a used truck because I thought they would have my back but it was not the case. Take your business elsewhere
