Great service. Great prices. Trustworthy!

I purchased a car for my son and the sales team and the owner Phil made the experience easy. We're so happy with our purchase and will be back to buy from Carco again.

Brought a dodge durango

Phil is the biggest scam artist. If there is a issue with the car get it in writing CYA always Jeremy cool steve a puppet

Great dealership and great vehicle!

I was shopping for a late-model Jeep Cherokee for my daughter. She was very particular about the model, colors and options she wanted. We checked many used car websites and found the vehicle she wanted at a few locations — but CarCo Auto World had the Jeep at the lowest price, with lower miles than the others. We drove all the way from Pennsylvania to CarCo, and we were greeted by the owner Phil who was friendly, helpful and very forthright about the deal. We test drove the vehicle and found it to be very nice. We. inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and it was pretty immaculate inside and out. The engine was clean, and outside of a tiny paint chip in the passenger side door (which they gladly touched up with paint), the vehicle seemed nearly new. After a bit of negotiation, Phil was even willing to come down a little more on the price. We were thrilled. I must say, I have been in an industry related to the car business for many years, and have dealt with countless dealers — both new and independently-owned used. The people and process at CarCo was among the best I have ever experienced. Easy process, professional, honest and courteous people, and a great facility with quality vehicles. I would definitely purchase from them in the future, and would recommend them highly!

Disappointing

When we showed up for a scheduled test drive, all the salesmen were friendly and wanted to be helpful. But we encountered two issues right off the bat. First, we noticed a "powertrain warranty" sticker on the car that we were not told about. I don't know that we would have been saddled with that hidden fee because we wound up not wanting the car. The reason for that was that the car lacked navigation when the advertisement claimed it was included. The staff said that sometimes "navigation is deleted" by the previous owner, a rental car company in this case. That sounds fishy. But we wasted our time there, to be sure. Also, the dealership we eventually purchased from had much lower fees and much more transparency in the price breakdown. So as always, buyer beware!

Thank you for your review. I was unaware you were not happy. I apologize, Unfortunately not all used cars come with navigation. The warranty is optional and offered to our customers only if they choose to purchase it. I have reached out to you to let you know we have two Ford Fusions that just arrived with navigation. Horrible Customer Service

Called on 7/28/2020 to verify that a car was still available and I was told that it was. I scheduled an appointment for 7/29/2020 to test drive and see about purchasing the vehicle. Drove an hour there and wasn’t even greeted. When I asked about the vehicle, they advised that it had been sold on 7/28/2020. Totally unprofessional on their behalf and a complete waste of my time.

Celivic, I sincerely apologize to you for your inconvenience. We as a policy do not bring customers in if the vehicle is no longer in inventory. Unfortunately the Hyundai Tucson was sold just before you arrived to our showroom. I have another Tucson coming in on Friday -same color & equipped the same with lower miles on it.
