Bought a Volkswagen w less than 60K miles on it in April 2023, five weeks later with engine trouble. (60 day dealer warranty and we purchased extended warranty). Horrible back-and-forth communication for months. They brought it to two VW dealers and also discussed with extended warranty company. Not a single offer to fix the car was proposed to us. As of October they have stopped returning all of my communication (phone, email, text)

I was there with my friend to buy a Toyota RAV4. The price was $34,984 and I call them to let them know that I was on my way coming from Maryland and when we get there they let us test drive the car, chart act busy and leter told us to come back the next day to sign the papers and get the car ready which they should’ve done because I call them a day before and they day it self to let them know that we want to buy the car. We drove back to Maryland without the car and my friend came back the next day to sign the papers. Guss what? They jack the price to $37,259.00 plus some fees they never told us and it end up going to $39,000🙀 and not only that but the warrant is a complete different story. My friend sign the papers in a rush to come back to Maryland because we have exams the two days later and some homework to submit. After that she was all those number and call the but they act like they don’t know what she is saying and she wanted to retune the car but they told her that they will not take the car cos they already processed the papers. They ask her to buy extra warranty.

We were going to purchase a vehicle, an all cash deal. We were quoted $150 registration fees, $688 dealer fees(which I thought were high) and $1,800 for a warranty that we were not interested in purchasing. When we told the woman we did not want the warranty for $1,800 she said we didn't have an option, we had to purchase it. I repeated to her, we did not want to purchase the warranty and again she said we didn't have a choice. I told her we have a choice, we will not purchase the vehicle and walked out. I've purchased many cars, and warranties have always been optional. I won't allow anyone to rip me off.

Going there to buy a car kia Niro with internet price 12.780$ and I told them I will do the registration and I will pay cash. I asked them to send me email with the deal we have and price for the extra warranty. They never emailed me and next day they raised the price to 14.980$ an of course they want to do the registration (for making more money) and they remember to charge document fees and we ended up with 18.723$ 6000$ up!!!!! Good job guys.
