Overall, they do an excellent job with everything.

Overall, they do an excellent job with everything. The only thing I would recommend is them checking the tire pressure on all tires when doing a rotation.

Excellent!

Excellent! Service manager very helpful and direct. Clean comfortable facility. Spotless shop. Explains everything they do to your car. Does not over sell or push products on you.

Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. The service was completed earlier than predicted. The waiting area is quite large and nice and includes a coffee machine that is amazing, offering latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc. Overall a good experience.

I wish that I was notified when my car was finished.

I wish that I was notified when my car was finished. As it was I called on Saturday and found out that my car was ready on Thursday.

It is always a pleasure to have my Kia serviced.

It is always a pleasure to have my Kia serviced. I got there early and they took me right in. Shortly after my inspection came through both text and email. A little time went by, they were finished.
