When I encountered an unexpected transmission failure, I was frustrated, but the Ford Huntley service department, especially consultant Becky, did everything possible to resolve the issue with Ford and keep my costs as low as possible.

I am truly indebted to the Huntley Ford Service Dept. I was in a tight spot while moving and had trouble with my Ford I had recently purchased from out of state. My Service Advisor Steven and the Service Manager James went so far out their way to help me get through a stressful time. Steven was able to squeeze me in and was completely transparent on services required, even assisting me in contacting the other dealership to help make things right. The team truly cared about me and my family getting back on the road quickly and safely, and it meant so much to us.
