Patient, honest, and professional
I really liked working with the folks at Schaumburg Land Rover/ Jaguar. Mike, Raul, and David were stand up guys, who liked to play games even less than I did. I was probably a bit of a pain as a customer but they all took it in stride, understanding that this purchase was an important one and giving me their undivided attention. I left with a smile on my face and more horsepower under my foot. What more could you want?!

Always Excellent
Paul the service manager and his team always do an amazing job, the customer service is always the best. It's a 45 minute drive from my house and I do not mind going there at all because I know I always will get the best service. I will definitely be going there when I am ready to purchase a new Range Rover towards the end of the year!

Very reasonable
Seemed reasonable in their diagnosis and needs for what car needed, not pushy. Comfortable waiting area, wifi worked to get some correspondence done. Easy access for me coming from western suburbs.

Ruby helped me through the issues with my vehicle and she is a remarkable and professional person to deal with. My highest recommendations for her and there were several other individuals in the office who took their time to explain or help resolve my questions that also deserve high marks.
