Patient, honest, and professional

I really liked working with the folks at Schaumburg Land Rover/ Jaguar. Mike, Raul, and David were stand up guys, who liked to play games even less than I did. I was probably a bit of a pain as a customer but they all took it in stride, understanding that this purchase was an important one and giving me their undivided attention. I left with a smile on my face and more horsepower under my foot. What more could you want?!

Better service

This was my first visit since the Ziegler group took over the dealership and I can tell you that you can see the change. 100% better

Always Excellent

Paul the service manager and his team always do an amazing job, the customer service is always the best. It's a 45 minute drive from my house and I do not mind going there at all because I know I always will get the best service. I will definitely be going there when I am ready to purchase a new Range Rover towards the end of the year!

Very reasonable

Seemed reasonable in their diagnosis and needs for what car needed, not pushy. Comfortable waiting area, wifi worked to get some correspondence done. Easy access for me coming from western suburbs.

Great job! It was my first visit and great experience from the start. From the young lady I spoke to, to make an appointment to the man that checked me in and out and also the man that I inquired and purchased an extended warranty from. Thank you.

Good experience with good people

Ruby helped me through the issues with my vehicle and she is a remarkable and professional person to deal with. My highest recommendations for her and there were several other individuals in the office who took their time to explain or help resolve my questions that also deserve high marks. I will say the same of the mechanic/technician working on my vehicle...Good experience overall

Not real happy with the way they tried to sell me...

Not real happy with the way they tried to sell me something that was already on my car. They weren’t sure it was done or not? Felt a little shady.
