After a horrible experience at Gateway Kia in Quakertown, I had the best experience at Bergey's! Julie, Doug and Austin got me the perfect car, worked out all of the details over the phone and I was only at the dealership for 45 minutes! Thanks again!

This dealership is fantastic.

This dealership is fantastic. It's a beautiful brand new facility. I usually drop my car off the night before or early morning before they open on the day I have a service appointment . I bought my telluride at another dealership before this one opened. This Liz shop is much closer to me but I would come here I even if it wasn't closed to my home. All the service people are pleasant, courteous and helpful. If yu are having a problem but don't know what is wrong with your vehicle, they tell you ti bring it in so they can perform a diagnostic assessment. Once they identify the problem they carefully explain what needs to be fine, the cost and offer you an appointment. Patrick, the service manager,is wonderful. He is always so pleasant you don't waiting in the beautiful waiting area, he will find you to update you once the work has started. If something additional is discovered he will find you with the updates. Patrick never tries to upsell you. For example, he will let you know that your tires might need replacing in the near future but he never pressures you . All of the people in the service area are pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this dealership service department..

BERGYS KIA took care of a complicated warranty issue . That involves ordering special parts . They kept us informed during the process installed the parts professionally and I would highly recommend this dealer.
