I have bought many new vehicles over my lifetime and I
I have bought many new vehicles over my lifetime and I always hated the process. It seemed as though it took several hours and many long back and forth conferences with the saleserson and manager. This week, I met Kevin McGirt at Honda of Indian Trail and was amazed at how easy he made my new car buying experience. I definitely recommend calling Kevin if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Absolutely love this dealership!
Absolutely love this dealership! Lewis Gobble was a fantastic salesman! The whole process was so seemless! My wife and I drove all the way from Rock Hill to purchase this vehicle. It looked better in person than in the pictures online. We are thoroughly enjoying the vehicle and couldn’t be happier. If you need a vehicle please go see Lewis Gobble and he will take care of all of your needs!

Great buying experience.
Great buying experience. Great deal on a new CR-V. Not exactly sure why this dealership has so many bad reviews… my experience was great, probably better than some of the other dealerships I have visited in the past.

I have bought two new CRVs from Honda of Indian Trail
I have bought two new CRVs from Honda of Indian Trail (formerly Metro Honda). Both times they have provided the most aggressive offer on a trade in. Trading in my 2014 for a 2025, I had my CRV appraised at Honda of Indian Trail, Hendricks Honda, and Scott Clark Honda. Honda of Indian Trail beat the next closest dealer by over $2000 on my trade in. More importantly, the sales process was easy. I worked with Adrian. He was excellent and I cannot recommend him enough. I really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me as other dealers in Charlotte did. While Honda of Indian Trail made a very aggressive offer (and one that I ultimately accepted), they allowed me to walk with the offer and sleep on it. I was able to call back the next business day as soon as they opened confirming that I would move forward with the purchase. Honda of Indian Trail and Adrian helped locate a vehicle with the interior and exterior colors I wanted at another dealership and transported it quickly for me to pick up. They really went above and beyond from the trade in value and the specific vehicle delivery. While I usually keep my vehicles for a long time, the next time I am in the market, I will go here again.

Shocked at all the positive reviews, maybe mine was a
Shocked at all the positive reviews, maybe mine was a fluke? I expressed interest in a vehicle I found on Carfax. Jenzel reached out to me indicating he could be “very aggressive” with a deal to get me into the vehicle. We scheduled a test drive the following day. My schedule changed so I had to go earlier than expected. For that reason I was very patient and waited, they were very busy, and there was no one available to assist me. After asking two different people to locate Jenzel (I texted him an hour before arriving but did not get a response) he eventually came out and apologized and asked if I could come back in about 30 minutes. I stated that would be fine as I was earlier than the time we’d agreed on. I returned about 35 minutes later and worked with one of his coworkers, Ray. Ray took my information, however, when he attempted to locate the vehicle, he came back and explained the vehicle was not on the lot (not on a test drive, it had not yet come to their lot). He apologized and offered to show me a video of the vehicle, which I stated I did not need to see as I wanted to drive the vehicle. Ray was professional and apologized. However, I was upset as at this point I had spent an hour and a half of my time waiting and driven 25 miles to the dealership expecting to drive the vehicle. I was not disrespectful to Ray, but did express I was extremely upset with the circumstances. I did not feel it was professional or respectful. I expected frankly to get a call from someone apologizing at least offering an olive branch, but did not. I called to speak with a manager, however I was connected to a voicemail that was full and could not leave a message. I called back toward the end of the day and spoke with Ray and expressed my disappointment that no one had reached out. He stated that was likely his fault as he explained to management that I did not wish to see the video and no longer had interest in the vehicle ( I never stated the second part). I would have loved to have driven this vehicle and was excited about the prospect of purchasing, but given my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone nor would I purchase a vehicle from them at this point. BTW, I never got a call from anyone. I suspect they do enough business that They don’t have to worry about a handful of disgruntled customers, but I certainly have shared my experience with others who are looking for vehicles.

Stay as far away from this dealership as possible.
Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. They falsely advertise what’s on the vehicle, overcharge and when you confront them, they lie and cover for each other. I went back the day after purchasing my vehicle and spoke with the sales manager, Chris. I told him I felt like they o recharged when the vehicle didn’t have the accessories I was told it had. I asked if I could just get my car I traded in back and cancel the deal. He laughed and said they couldn’t do that. He said he could offer a few free services (oil change, etc). I told him I wouldn’t be back on the property for that. Fast forward I email the GM who I tried to meet with i. The first place but he was out of office. Never heard back from him so sent another email today - three weeks later- and he says Chris told him he offered to unwind the deal. Now WHY would I be so upset and unhappy if he offered that?!? That’s what I wanted. So I told him Chris was lying. But he responded he believed Chris and we could concede business and move on. Now you’re calling me the liar? Sad it’s just my word against theirs because they will continue to lie and cover for each other. I am a lot of things but liar I am not. Stay far, far away from this business. Just read ALL reviews closely and go to BBB reviews. It’s one after another. I will be trading my 2025 and taking a huge hit just to no longer be associated with these bunch of liars.

This dealership is dishonest.
This dealership is dishonest. I had an appt to drive a used car. Angel the sales person told me when i got there that the car was out with another person but i never saw it enter or leave the lot and never saw any other customers either. I think she took it into their shop and fixed something so i wouldnt notice a a noise coming from the rear axle. Since I did not know there was a probI bought the car.. then the wait for the business office was 2.5 ugly hours.

Disappointed that’s what I am!
Disappointed that’s what I am!! Started out telling me my credit score was 100 points less than what my credit union said. Tried to get me to agree to a rate of 13% Laughable, I felt once I signed the papers they wanted me out of the way for the next sale. No owners manual, I didn’t know so much of the new features. Hurriedly showed me a couple of things. And said he (salesman) had to get back to his customer. I’m having to learn features through friends and the internet. They were supposed to transfer my tag. Even put my old tag on my new car. Received a call couple weeks later saying I needed to come get my new tag. I have called …… left messages and nothing. I plan to call again tomorrow and ask for the GM, sure I won’t get to speak to him. Still waiting to hear from lady about the tag. I have had too many problems, I will not purchase from these people again nor will I recommend them! Honda of Indian Trail Indian Trail NC
