I bought a 2024 Chevy Blazer RS last year from this

I bought a 2024 Chevy Blazer RS last year from this dealership. I needed an oil change and tire rotation done for my Chevy Blazer. The service was excellent! I was given a courtesy wash as well! The service department was professional and friendly. I received help from a salesman to help me with some of the options on my Blazer that I didn't know how to do. He spent a lot of time explaining to me how to set things up. I truly appreciated that! The dealership has a lot of customer space, which is great. It has a coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar along with an area to purchase snacks and other drinks. This is by far the best dealership that I have dealt with! We have purchased many Chevrolets in our lifetime, but Platinum has been our best experience. The only thing this dealership needs is a store to purchase Chevy t-shirts, caps, cups, etc. It would be amazing if GM would make replica cars to match the ones sold (Matchbox/Hot Wheels style). I have looked for a match on my own vehicles.

Very Poor customer service!

Very Poor customer service!!! Never again will I have my car serviced again here. There was no feed back from my advisor nor a rental was offered for a week stay.

My salesman Juan was great , we did a 2 trade, 2 truck deal Saturday the 4th, Andrew in financing was great . I've never done a 2 truck deal ,and it went flawlessly as far as im concerned. Team was very patient and supportive. Will highly recommend. Thank you Shane Lassiter

Since I've been coming there this past year, I have received great customer service from Croyx. He provides great knowledge and input when I bring my vehicle in for service. Also why isn't Croyx on the service advisor list in the My Chevrolet app? He is not on the list and as one of the service advisors at Platinum, he should be on the list as well.
