Friendly service advisors. Took the time to break down and explain the recommended services when I scheduled my service appointment.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming and treated me and my family with respect. Our salesman Christopher was very helpful and took great care of us when we arrived. He in my eyes exceed expectations of what I expected great customer service should be. I now have a new understanding of what excellent customer should be because of this young man. I would highly recommend Mazda palatine who is serious about buying a vehicle and if they have the chance to work with Christopher because he will take care of you.

Christian GILLESPIE is the most dishonest sales rep I’ve ever worked with. I would advise you to go to another Mazda dealership than endure their bait and switch and disengenuois sales tactics. Estrada the manager is also guilty.

Spent close to 6 hours at the dealer with their salesperson, Caden, looking at a couple models. Focused on a specific vehicle and “finalized” a price with him only for the manager to overrule with a completely different “offer” and refusal to fix a crack in a bumper plastic piece. The manager said to take it or leave it. Ironically, now that vehicle is still for sale a month later and $2,000 less. They lost a guaranteed car sale over small details. Incredibly important: they try to charge you for the CPO, which should always be incorporated into the car price. Completely unprofessional handling of the situation and would never by a car here with their deceptive practices. Run, don’t walk away from this dealership. My family members have already steered clear of this dealership based on my experience.
