Everything moved so fast, salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle in question. If not, was very prompt in getting the answers. No complaints with brevity of deal, pleasant to have finished it all up quickly.

Dee Mathes has done such a wonderful job!

Dee Mathes has done such a wonderful job! I feel she prioritizes relationship over business and made the whole process a piece of cake! As a business owner I really appreciate the way she went about this. As much as I love the truck I felt the service was equally, if not better, part of this experience! Awesome job Dee! Great Customer Service

A couple of weeks ago, my Honda Odyssey developed a loud chirping noise (like a bird nest with chicks) on the right front side at higher speeds (> 35 mph). I took it to Frank Brown; several hours later (it was a Monday, and they were very busy) the service manager informed me that they could not reproduce my observation. The next morning I test-drove the Odyssey again, and the noise was indeed gone. They thought that there was probably a small stone caught somewhere in the disk brake assembly, and it had dislodged itself. What I truly appreciate is I was not charged anything. It must have taken them at least half an hour to try to reproduce my complaint.
