I had been in contact with this dealership for a few
I had been in contact with this dealership for a few days, we agreed on a price and set an appointment to come purchase the vehicle. I worked with two different people - Daniela and Ivan. I get back from procuring the certified check for the amount agreed upon and I get a call saying that they had sold the car out from under me. They claimed that it's "first come first served." This was NEVER communicated to me. Had I known that, I might have made other arrangements to drive the three hours sooner for this vehicle. I would assume when you agree to a price and set a specification appointment and am told "We will be eagerly awaiting your arrival Saturday at 9am!" then there is at least an agreement to hold, especially since the appointment was for tomorrow morning, right when they open. Or at least let me know and I would have offered to put down a hold amount. This is completely disrespectful of me and my time. One of the many reasons people don't trust car sales. Rediculous!

they do not advertise their cars as CPO but will charge
they do not advertise their cars as CPO but will charge you for "mazda certification" of $1995 and UCI of $496 that stands for "used car inspection". luckily i was able to negotiate the certification to $595....because i didn't know that they will be added back in to the "mcgrath price" that you will think is the selling price that you're negotiating with. beware of their "amount financed" since the above charges are already baked in. SO ASK WHAT IS THE TRUE SELLING PRICE before signing the salesperson's worksheet. have the full contract printed before signing at the finance manager's office since you will be signing on an ipad and may miss the difference in the selling price of the vehicle on the contract with what you have thought you negotiated with the salesperson. the difference? those 2 add-ons. fyi, if you buy a low mileage car...the remaining balance of the warranties over and if it's a CPO, another year is added in and it starts when the original factory warranties expire....no need to buy their overpriced extended warranties. GOOD LUCK FOLKS!

I had a great experince at McGrath City Mazda.
I had a great experince at McGrath City Mazda. All staff were very hepful and I did not feel pressured at all during the process. As it was my first time buying a car for myself I felt very informed and appreciated the time they took to explain things to me and help answer any questions I had. Everything went very smoothly and I walked out feeling knowledgable and confident in my decision! Yazmin helped me through the time I walked in the door and was so grateful she helped me out!

Bought a Mazda CX-5 here.
Bought a Mazda CX-5 here. Tried to get me to pay all these additional fees including a garbage certification inspection fee and warranty items not needed. Offered me $2k below my trade in. Don’t buy a car from this dealership!

Fantastic experience with service team member Harley.
Fantastic experience with service team member Harley. She helped me with a windshield replacement that I didn't even know was covered by the warranty. Other Dealerships would not have done research to cover it. Appreciate your help Harley!!
