My purchasing experience with Kass was one of a kind.
My purchasing experience with Kass was one of a kind. I flew from Atl to Fort lauderdale to get this car. Initially I left a great review but I only had the car 2 weeks and the check engine light is now on. After flying all the way from Ga to Fl. I thought my experience would have been better. I’m now having to speak with my attorney to see if I was sold a lemon. 🍋 After driving it from Fl to Ga 9 hrs and now realizing that the engine light had been reset before I left the dealer. I called the dealer in Ga and they state it’s a $349 diagnostic fee and they can’t even tell me if the repair is covered by my warranty. Also my security and privacy has been breached I found an AirTag in the truck next to the spare tire when I made my sales person Kass aware by text her response was “ oh just throw it away” unacceptable now I’m not sure if someone’s tracking me and my family. So I get a call from Bobbi in the title dept stating I need an emissions done before they send my tag to Ga I specifically asked the finance manager Benjamin Dhami if I would need to get that done I asked before I signed any paperwork he stated everything was taken care of and I wouldn’t need one until next year on my birthday. So now I have to worry about fixing a engine light but I can even get my tag 😡. On top of that Kass has yet to have her manager call me like she said she would.. I’ve learned through this process that although I love the mopar family and I now own 3 mopar cars I will never own another and definitely never do business with this group again..
