I recently had an absolutely horrifying experience at DriveHive Superstore that I feel compelled to share, as a cautionary tale to others. It all began with what seemed like a promising opportunity, sparked by a Facebook advertisement posted by Zaymir. However, this initial glimmer of hope quickly turned into a nightmare of deception and mistreatment. My ordeal commenced with Zaymir's misleading marketing tactics, as he carelessly misrepresented the year of the vehicle in question. Despite this glaring error, I proceeded to make an offer and, to my dismay, it was accepted. Little did I know, this was merely the first step in a series of manipulations designed to exploit me as a customer. After signing what I believed to be a binding agreement, I embarked on a grueling 9-hour journey to the dealership, only to discover upon arrival that they had no intention of honoring our agreed-upon terms. There was no "real deal" to be had, just empty promises and a palpable sense of betrayal. To add insult to injury, I had discussed trading in my valued 4Runner, worth $15,000, prior to my arrival. The sales team had assured me of a generous $12,000 trade-in offer. However, when I arrived in person, they callously slashed the offer to a mere $5,000, a fraction of its true value. Despite these red flags, I decided to proceed with the purchase, trusting the assurances of the sales team that the car was in perfect working condition. However, my optimism was short-lived, as a month later, the car began leaking oil after minimal use. Upon investigation by three separate mechanics, it became painfully evident that the vehicle was riddled with pre-existing faults. When I reached out to DriveHive Superstore to address the issue, I was met with nothing but evasion and disregard for my concerns. Despite promises of resolution from the sales team, including Hassan and manager Kyle, I have been left chasing shadows for almost two weeks, with no sign of accountability or resolution in sight. In addition to their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, I must emphasize the appalling treatment I received as a woman purchasing a car alone. DriveHive Superstore not only exploited my trust and deceived me, but they also demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my concerns and well-being. In conclusion, I implore anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from DriveHive Superstore to proceed with extreme caution. Their deceitful practices, coupled with their callous disregard for customer satisfaction, make them a dealership to be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the anguish and frustration, and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

If I could rate this place a zero I would.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. We signed up for extended warranty and only to find out a couple months after purchasing that there is a deductible that was not presented to us at the time of sale nor the fact that it does not cover taxes or liquids and I think another thing. We were told we wouldn't have to pay anything if something went wrong with the warranty that we got. We were misled, they had all the docs ready when we arrived and were extremely pushy and not forth coming. Super shady employees, super shady place would def not recommend.

They epitomize excellent customer service! Darren and Trent are a cheerful and trustworthy team. They picked me up from my house on a Sunday morning with my new car and I drove back to the dealership with them so that I could have a feel of the car before finalizing everything. They perform great due diligence, provide all car history and educate you on the strengths and weaknesses of your car model, ensuring the car is perfect for you!

To say our experience was God sent would be an understatement. From start to finish the service was prompt, friendly, and transparent. Trent and Darren went above and beyond to ensure we got approved. We got a car that was beyond what we expected. I would recommend anyone looking for a car contact them first. I have been looking for a car since March and dealt with many other dealers, but Drive Hive is the only dealership that exceeded my expectations. We are so grateful and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Everything was great

Purchased a 2013 Benz Bluetec from DriveHive, very happy with the purchase, the tires were brand new, the brakes and rotors looked great, the car was clean inside and out, only came with one key, but its alright, I'll get a second one no big deal. Other than that, everything was great, the delivery came in only 2 business days! Financed it pretty easy. Happy about my purchase.

Fast, easy, friendly environment

Great buying experience

I have worked in the industry for over 28 years and have never seen or experienced such a great buying experience. Nothing is hidden all out on the table. Gave me more for my trade than anywhere else and made sure any concerns we had were handled professionally
