Made phone contact from out of state.

Made phone contact from out of state. Asked for pricing and I was paying cash with plans to ship. They advertise the ship anywhere. One email which I replied and never received numbers. I told them I would pay ASKING price plus the fabricated Doc Fee but no additional fake fees. I suspect that's why I never heard back. Typical bait and switch on pricing. Pathetic!

Wasted 1-1/2hrs driving across cleveland during rush hour

Wasted 1-1/2hrs driving across cleveland during rush hour to look at a car that was already sold the day before. Called in the morning to confirm availability and called back before noon to confirm my arrival time and showed up right on time for the manager to say the car had sold the previous day. The guy apologized because "they use a call center" to answer customers?! Not even worthy of a star, who does business like that?

Went to look at a truck, when they came back with numbers it was $2500 more than the advertised price. Classic bait and switch. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I had to wait over two hours for and oil change.

I had to wait over two hours for and oil change. I understand they are busy and I also had a tire repaired. I think maybe I should factor in that they do a 30 point inspection.

Salesman was good and somewhat knowledgeable, when we sat

Salesman was good and somewhat knowledgeable, when we sat down to work out finance and price I realized they were charging me extra because I had my own financing already. I was really upset after talking with other dealerships to find that they did not charge extra for that. For that reason I will probably never go back to a serpentine dealership in the future.
