Was about to drive down from Syracuse NY to Ohio to take a look at the car only to find out. As I asked the sales guy to send pictures over of the misaligned panels he then informed me that the car does not run. I spoke to 4 other people before I found out this information.

Don't believe the online price. Called and emailed to verify. After visiting (an hour drive), I couldn't get that price or the price listed on Serpentini website that specifically said, "Everyone qualifies for the best price". Somehow the best price for everyone doesn't apply to everyone??? I won't be back.

This place is joke don’t waste your time called in ahead of going there to try to get an honest trade-in value on my vehicle and they said use Kelly blue book that’s on our website and I’ll get you really close but we’ll have to see it. That’s how they get you in there and then once you get there, they insult you on trade-in value and told me we don’t use Kelly bluebook value trade-in they want to know how much I owe on my vehicle then they lowball me even lower then my payoff them when I question them them they said oh we’re a wholesale place. We sell our vehicles at wholesale, so that’s why we give you wholesale for yours Even though I had positive equity in mine This is your typical bait and switch car place come off as being a nice people, but they’ve been Trained by the head deceiver, which is usually Sales manager. It is no wonder They have a ton of vehicles on their lots cause nobody’s buying them

It seems they werent interested in selling the truck there was no working on the truck rice and not much talk on tradein price that i wanted.

Medina Serpentini has very deceptive online pricing. I called them to make sure the price online was the actual price before I would waste my time to go out there and look at the truck. I was informed that it was. When I got out there, the salesman, informed me I must have a trade-in and finance through them. The trade-in amount they offer me plus their so-called $5000 bonus was far less than my truck was worth. bottom line, their actual price was way more than their Advertise price.

Honest and straightforward with this nicest sales staff I’ve ever met. Management has to be great with a sales team like this. Service department is huge and clean, and they have the best selection of new and used cars in the county.
