Samantha was awesome.

Samantha was awesome. She took care of us every step of the way. She was very efficient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked us all the way through from the test drive to the purchase and paperwork.

Had an appointment for 8:30 am , sat there for 2 and 1/2

Had an appointment for 8:30 am , sat there for 2 and 1/2 hours before they took it in . Waiting 15 minutes wouldn’t be bad , but 2 1/2 hours for 15 minutes of work ? What’s the purpose of making n appointment ?

Jessica was extremely helpful over the phone, negotiating

Jessica was extremely helpful over the phone, negotiating took all of 15 minutes she had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived from out of town. Jeremy was very straightforward and helpful once we arrived he had us in and out in under an hour and walked us through all of the features on the truck. We will only buy our vehicles from Cavender in Weimar Tx from now on.
