I called the day before and was given an appointment for Saturday, which worked out great for me. They are always friendly and get the job done as promised. Would surely recommend Temecula Valley GMC and Buick for service and car sales.

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior of Assistant Service Manager Mike Rodriguez at this dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect and hostility as a paying customer—especially after purchasing my vehicle from this exact dealership. My GMC vehicle is currently in the middle of a Lemon Law buyback process and has been classified as unsafe. I am currently in a loaner car (California Lemon Law). Despite this, I received a phone call this evening from Mike who has demanded I return the loaner car immediately, threatening and then promising that if I don’t return it by 4 PM, he will call the police and report it stolen. This is not only aggressive but completely uncalled for, especially when he knows full well the condition of my vehicle and that I have children to transport safely and no safe vehicle. He was also involved in a completely unprofessional yelling and cussing match with my husband over the phone. This is not the kind of behavior anyone should accept from someone in a customer service or management role. It’s shocking and incredibly disheartening. To make matters worse, Mike personally acknowledged the serious mechanical issues, even saying he wouldn’t let his own wife Rachel (who also works at the dealership), drive the vehicle, yet expects me to do just that, putting my family and myself at risk? That level of hypocrisy and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I had every intention of purchasing another GMC vehicle in the near future, but after this experience, this dealership has permanently lost my business. Treating loyal customers like criminals and using threats instead of empathy or professionalism is beyond disgraceful. The only positive part of this experience has been Bill, the service advisor. He has been kind, respectful, and transparent every step of the way. He showed true professionalism, clearly communicating what was going on and treating us like valued customers — something Mike Rodriguez could learn a lot from. Avoid this service department if you value integrity, respect, and basic human decency.

Temecula Valley has great people working there. my wife and I had a pleasure of dealing with Peter, We have been shopping for SUV probably for about two months dealt with every gmc and Chevy dealer around San Diego. peter was by far the best he is polite patient very knowledgeable about every car ,was very impressive.when u looked at Peter you know he loves his job and wants and fights for the best deal. Temecula valley has by far the the best warranty’s I’ve seen you have to check them out Thanks again the Desrosiers

Bought truck remotely.

Bought truck remotely. Rigo the sales manager assisted with the purchase. Car showed up later that day and I couldn’t be happier. Followed up the next day to make sure i was all connected. Will recommend this dealership to everyone

I am thoroughly satisfied with Temecula Valley Buick

I am thoroughly satisfied with Temecula Valley Buick since I purchased my Encore GX in 2021. Always very personable and keep you informed as to how your service is progressing. William was my service technician today, and when my car was finished he walked me to my car and shook my hand before leaving. Nice gesture!! When my car needs service next time, that for sure will be my go to dealership.

Having a recall part replaced was an easy and hassle free

Having a recall part replaced was an easy and hassle free experience. I was able to get an appointment easily and quickly and may car was done within a few hours. I appreciated that they did not try to up sell me on anything.
