Buyer Beware: The Vehicle Price you pay will include a
Buyer Beware: The Vehicle Price you pay will include a charge for $2,995 for a service they call Orange Park Nissan Advantage. Even after you tell your salesperson you do not need that service because you live over 2 hours away and would not use it. My sales person Joseph (Cowboy) told me ok no problem and that he would remove that charge. He asked me sign to quote sheet with the Nissan Advantage charge removed and said they will go check my credit. Of course, this sheet they now claim magically went missing. I went through the sales process on 8/28 and I didn’t realize that the service I was told would not be there was actually included/rolled into the Vehicle price. None of the paperwork I signed had that charge amount detailed or explained I was purchasing it. My deal had to be rewritten a few weeks later for bank approval and I had to drive back to the dealership to re-sign just the finance papers on 9/18. That is when I noticed the increase in vehicle price, I was paying from what my salesperson told me I would be paying. I asked to have the increase charge removed and I was told there was no paperwork showing the original price and nobody would confirm that the Orange Park Nissan Advantage charge was rolled into the vehicle price. When I got home, I checked my old paperwork and sure enough one of the documents included was the Orange Park Nissan Advantage again no where on that sheet does it say I was paying for this service. Marty did take $1,150 off of the charge for the service but did not refund the full charge but that day he claimed he did not know the online price or price I was quoted for the vehicle. Next day I called Marty and explained I was not supposed to be charged for this Orange Park Nissan Advantage and I asked for it be fully removed, and he even confirmed the original online price with me over the phone. He said he would get back to me. I called back on Thursday, Friday, Monday, and of course every time I called, he was busy or nowhere to be found. Finally, Tuesday after my second call I got a hold of him, and he tells me there is nothing that he can do. Mind you I’m still within 30 days and not only did I not know about this charge, I was also not told that this charge is non-refundable. I told him I would like to speak with Sean Cowley he said he is not here and would be very difficult to get a hold of him since he is in and out of different dealership. I sent a message to the contact GM Sean Cowley on the website and have not heard back yet. I’m not asking for any extra discount I just want to pay what the vehicle was listed for and what I agreed to with my salesperson. Stay away from this dishonest and deceptive dealership. No Markups and No Surprises is a lie. I only hope this is not how other dealers under the Morgan Auto Group operate.

Tony and the crew went above and beyond. Help us get the vehicle that we bought which was a 2015 Nissan Frontier SV Crew cab that wasn't easy. They didn't stop trying and I thank them for that from the manager to the salesman kudos to you all!

Ok dealer ship, but poor customer care.
Ok dealer ship, but poor customer care. Once they make a sell, that is it. They want nothing else to do with you after the sell, especially if it's a use vehicle. I called around 5 times concerning the title of a use vehicle I purchase there, and every time they would say someone will call you back, no one ever did. The reason I called was because I went to DMV 5 weeks after purchase to get the title, and I was told the dealer has not submitted paperwork. Returning calls should be part of customer care, people call for a reason.

I was in a very difficult place extremely upside in my Armada. It was a few days past my son reached out needing a ride to an eye appointment. Divine intervention stepped on the scene through one of his friends in need of a ride to the same appointment. Upon exiting my SUV he said if you ever need another vehicle I work for Nissan of Orange Park. A few days later I was blessed to purchase a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL with no down payment.
