They don’t know how to deal with commercial tags.
I purchased a Ram 4500 for commercial use. I must have an IRP tag for this truck. They assured me that they knew how to handle the licensing. They also said I could run in the temp tag which should have raised red flag from the start because you can’t haul for hire on temp tag. After 21 days made 2 different phone calls to get an update. All I could do was leave a voicemail which apparently these individuals never check. After 24 days I make another call and get to talk to a real person who informs me they needed my insurance information. Just wondering how long they was going to wait to inform me of this? So basically after one month I have a payment due on a truck that I can’t use. I always do the licensing myself but they assure me they knew what they was doing. Just for your information if purchasing from them and needing commercial plate they don’t know how to handle it.

Helped out of town travelers
We were traveling through the area towing our camper with our 2021 RAM. We had an issue with the steering wheel cover falling off exposing the air bag. I called the service department on Monday morning and Kevin said to stop by. They had it fixed in an hour and a half. We were very thankful they could fit us in their busy schedule so we could resume our travels.

Rude, unjust, threatening behavior
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. The general manager Bobby left a threatening message to us after we had signed the contract 2 weeks before. NEVER use the service department in Wilkesboro.
I called and set up a 9:30 AM appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my Ram 3500 diesel truck. I arrived at the Wilkesboro dealership at 9:15. The service department checked me in quickly. At 10:30 the service desk told me they were running behind. At 11:30 the desk informed me that they had my truck on the lift. My truck was FINALLY ready at 1:15. The service desk thanked me for my patience and offered to not charge me for the tire rotation. I had to inform the service department that my WARRANTY covered the tire rotation, it was supposed to be FREE.

Don’t fall for the gift card gimmick . You’ll never receive it . Even after contacting them several times as well as the Better Business Bureau. You’ll still never get it .

Don’t know how to do finance paperwork
Can’t figure out how to fill out documents for financing. I literally had a fill in the blank page! They didn’t complete it!!!! Be careful

hidden fees
Almost $4000 of hidden fees. $700 is automatically charged for resistall. Product is not needed on newer cars. Should be an option and not an automatic fee. The dealer has also continually raised prices of cars I’ve watched on here. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

False advertising
I called to do a trade in. I actually got a good deal for a trade in. So I can't argue about that. When it came to the truck I wanted. They advertised it for around 27k but I was told the price for the truck itself is 36k. I couldn't believe it! I was willing to drive from close to washington dc to them. Needless to say I did not but the truck. They need to be more upfront about the incentives you get. If the dealer marks the truck down 6k themselves (with no incentives) then they should advertise it for that price. My dream of owning a ram was shattered (for now).
