Justine has been great!

Justine has been great! Great customer service, great facility, great vehicles. The service department is very good, and efficient. We’ve had no issues, and we’re on our third Subaru!

My visit was very efficient.

My visit was very efficient. The check in process was much faster than Walser Subaru especially to obtain the rental. Michael was fantastic. I was slightly disappointed I was charged $100 when no work was done. I understand the technicians reviewed my car and spent time on that. I wish a credit could be applied to another visit or something. I am calling it my $100 car wash.

Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman seemed

Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman seemed completely indifferent to selling a car or friendly service. After over an hour of signing papers and waiting For the keys, I finally walked over and got myself a beverage. This will not be my last Acura but it will be my last Acura from your dealership.

Nice facility, however sales staff is deficient and not

Nice facility, however sales staff is deficient and not all that interested in customer needs. I would like a do-over with interested knowledgeable salespeople who were interested in my requirements. Of course, the lack of a representational test drive vehicle was a negative too. Just not a satisfactory experience. All promo about Subaru's charity giving does not make up for unsatisfactory people on the ground.

Acura $2002 CL Type s.

Acura $2002 CL Type s. I was treated nicely by cliff but extremely disappointed with the results. I was charged over $500 to be told that the wires engine wires were damaged and could not be repaired. That they had been damaged chewed up by rodents. After I got the car home I looked at wires and found them to be cut evenly not chewed up and that some of the parts that were taken apart were not reassembled. I was able to unplug the wires and have them repaired for less than $100. Did not need full engine wiring harness previously told.
