Honestly I was extremely happy with a “decked out “ Telluride until the exterior outdoor trims fell. I called the guy who sold me the truck and he made me feel like it was my fault it fell when he failed to acknowledge there was in fact a recall and back order for all the telluride exterior window trims. Anyway I get a replacement for the one exterior window trim… then a second one falls. This is within a month and less than 6 months of me buying this vehicle. I go in August to order a second replacement and services sends me to parts because it’s about to be 5pm and they don’t feel like helping out customers. Parts orders a part but reminds me there is a back order. No worries, I’m patient and live over an hour away from Bert Ogden so it’s not like I can go whenever so Im very understanding. I am also a mom and 3 and work full time so I forget and call Kia to check in every break I have .. I call thanksgiving in November… still in back order. Christmas in December… still in back order… spring break now March (7 months later) and Services and Parts can’t make up their mind and see if the have the ONE exterior window trim I requested. Forget advertising, forget recommending Kia to my neighbors and coworkers. Kia took advantage of my patience and not a single service agent has been able to call me back. Service is a big part of what completes a purchase and I’m sorry to say Kia at Bert Ogden is NOT IT. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere. I had Toyota before and never experienced this type of customer service or delay in parts.

Ivan was both authentic and professional, making the car-buying experience a pleasure for my husband and me. He was attentive without being pushy and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the process. Ivan's extensive knowledge of all the features of my 2025 Kia Sportage and the available extended warranties was impressive. Santiago, the finance manager, was exceptional in finalizing the purchase. He meticulously explained each document we had to sign and interacted with us in a genuine manner. I highly recommend this dealership and commend both Ivan and Santiago for their outstanding service!

DO NOT take your car to Bert Ogden Mission Kia service!
DO NOT take your car to Bert Ogden Mission Kia service!!! I am very disappointed at how l was lied to. I took my car to get checked because the engine oil light was turning on and off. Mayra Calderon told me that since the light was not on at the moment she was inspecting it, my car needed to go through diagnostics. I agreed as l wanted to find out why my car was having that light on and off. When l picked up my car, she told me the technician had checked and it needed the battery sensor to be replaced. I scheduled the service based on their recommendation to fix my car and the light to go off. Long story short, after paying $200 for the diagnostics and $450 for the battery sensor replacement, l drove off from there and the engine oil light comes on!!! I go back and Mayra says it's because the oil is black and it needs to be changed. So l asked, "so your original diagnostics was wrong, you said it needed the sensor, now you say it's something else". She says that the oil change would make the light go away. Another lie! I go and she now gives a list of maintenance service recommendations totaling $1,000. She says that after these, the engine oil light will stop popping up. Besides the $200 wrong diagnostics, l can tell you, they truly rip people off! Examples: engine air filter $73 and cabin air filter $80 plus labor. Ridiculously overpriced! I bought both for $40 and my teen daughter installed them in 10 minutes. I still need to find a reliable auto service business that diagnoses the engine oil blinking light correctly and get it fixed. Please DO NOT take your car for service to Bert Ogden Mission Kia!!!

The service department is a scam: took my car in for a problem on a fuel pump: They left my battery dead when I went to pick it up because they wanted to charge me to clean the tank 800$. I couldn't get it to start: battery was toast. I had to get it service there: after I picked it up, they charged me the 800 for the tank cleaning, and according to them, I was given a fuel pump out of pure courtesy. My car was left dirty with dirty boot prints both in front and back of car where people were working and left super dusty as it had been parked in the back> Both KIA and I have been trying to get a response from the dealership director and service manager but no one has called me. Will continue to reach out to the dealership owner, so he understands that I have bought three new vehicles from him in the past five years but will no more. I will have to travel north to San Antonio to get my vehicles from now on.

Nice place and great vehicles and sale staff.
Nice place and great vehicles and sale staff. But stay away from Goner Williams, he is a madman and the company gave him a manager's title. almost 5 years later. I took my vehicle back for service with a passenger side door handle button missing @66,623 miles, the repair cost me $356.78. Couple weeks later again for an engine problem @ 67,573. the failure was diagnosed a defective sparkplug. all 4 sparkplugs were replaced at a cost of $379.87. This is what you will have to pay after the 60K initial warranty. Their service department is far to be even acceptable, I always got issues with them.

Excellent Service
I took my car to have it serviced for the mileage of the oil change and general revision, the attention service was excellent, the work was the one that was agreed upon. In addition, a general check-up was carried out where it is suggested that I keep in mind for the next service and the time it takes for the satisfactory service. In the end, while I was in the waiting room, I received a call from my service manager to confirm that the car was ready.

To KIA Customer Service: This letter is to document
To KIA Customer Service: This letter is to document our experience with KIA customer service. I have owned two KIA vehicles; a Forte and a Sedona. This was my first experience bringing my KIA vehicle to an authorized KIA dealership. On September 2nd there was an attempt to steal my KIA Forte from my home. The perpetrators destroyed much of my car’s steering column. Thankfully we had GEICO insurance with 30 day car rental coverage. The car was towed to the KIA Mission dealership on August 8th. August 8th - Cinthya/KIA dealership stated they would start repairs on August 10th. August 12-13th - The GEICO adjuster called Mission five times and no answers. He left three voices mails August 15th - Cinthya/KIA stated they required more parts. August 25th - KIA/Cinthya told Geico that they got all the parts and they'll start repairing the car. A Sept 1st - KIA/Cinthya told the Gieco agent KIA needed more parts, no ETA given for part Sept 23 - , Ms. Brough called KIA/Cinthya told Ms. Brough they would call when the car was completed, KIA didn't’ call back. Sept 29 - Ms. Brough called and KIA/Cinthya told Ms. Brough her car was ready for pickup. Upon picking up the car, Ms. Brough asked the KIA service person to see the notes about the car. Ms. Brough was told there were no notes. First. The car was filthy outside. The car dealership did not wash/clean the outside or inside the car. Plastic parts were left in the back seat. Secondly, The car’s battery was dead. Mr. Brough asked the KIA service agent to help with the car’s dead battery. They ignored him. Mr. Brough’s asked the KIA service agent if he could ask one of the KIA mechanics for a wrench so he could change the battery himself. The KIA agent said no. Mr. Brough took it upon himself and walked over to the KIA garage. Thankfully, a mechanic did help Mr. Brough remove the dead battery. Mr. Brough had to go across the street to Walmart and buy a new battery. Third. Mr. Brough also noticed the car’s back brake lights were continually engaged. The likely reason for a dead battery. Thankfully, the mechanic that helped with the dead battery also helped fix the back brake lights. Fourth. Once the car was started, a low tire pressure light indicator was on. Once Mr. Brough got home he discovered that all four tires had pressures 50% below the car’s recommended PSI. The dealership allowed a vehicle to leave with very unsafe tire pressure. Our first-time experience with KIA customer service is not good. We were lied to. We were ignored. We incurred additional expenses. Our lives were put in danger, low tire pressure. Geico covered 30 days of car rental but it took 52 days to get our car back. For 22 days we were out of car rental coverage. We politely request, based on the experience above, that KIA mission dealership at least refunds our $500 deductible. Thank You,

AT KIA BERT OGDEN THEY OFFER YOU WITH THE PURCHASE OF AN ELECTRIC EV6 TWO YEARS FREE OF CHARGE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, BUT AFTER TWO MONTHS THEY CHANGE THE GAME, BECAUSE AT THE BEGINNING I CONNECTED IT TO ONE OF FAST CHARGE AND IN 3 HRS. IT WAS READY, NOW THEY TELL ME THAT THIS CHARGER WILL ONLY BE FOR THE APARTMENT. OF SERVICE AND THEY ASK ME TO LOAD IT IN ANOTHER, IN WHICH IT TAKES 17:30 HOURS, TO THAT TIME WE ADD 30 MINUTES TO TAKE IT AND ANOTHER 30 BACK, IN TOTAL 18:30 HRS. INVESTED IN THAT PROCESS. HANDLING IS A WAY OF LETTING YOU CHARGE AT THE AGENCY, THIS IS A DECEPTION AND LACK OF SERIOUSNESS AS WELL AS ETHICS (THEY DON'T DENY YOU THE CHARGE BUT CHANGING THE CHARGER REPRESENTS 5 TIMES MORE TIME) BUT YOU'VE ALREADY PURCHASED, YOU'VE ALREADY SCREWED UP! ON THE OTHER HAND, THE QUALITY OF THE PAINT ON MY CAR IS POOR, SINCE BIRD DROP FELL ON IT AND THE STAIN REMAINED, I TAKED IT TO THE AGENCY AND THEY TRIED TO REMOVE IT AND THEY DIDN'T SUCCESSFULLY, THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE CHEVROLET FROM BERT OGDEN TO HAVE IT POLISHED BUT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY APPROXIMATELY $250.00 DLLS. I BUY THE CAR 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY DO NOT MAKE THE WARRANTY IN THE PAINT EFFECTIVE, THAT THEY HAVE LACK OF SERIOUSNESS AND RESPONSIBILITY IN THE WARRANTY. DON'T BE SURPRISED OR FOOLED BY KIA BERT OGDEN, FORTUNATELY THERE ARE OTHER ELECTRIC CAR OPTIONS IN THE VALLEY SUCH AS HYUNDAI, FORD MUSTANG, VOLKSWAGEN, TESLA AND MORE ARE COMING.
