I cannot accept their altitude, they are a bunch of liars. Awful customer service caused me emotional damage.

Awful experience. Said they would take more picture of the vehicle they had advertised(1 picture in the ad). Never got a return phone call. Heard a bunch of excuses as to why they only had one. A week later. Still one picture. This business is awful. Good luck.

Scam and Fraud They are full of lies. When you see this comment, please stay away from this store, or you money will be gone into sink. Worst experience from them. They charge you much more than you think, hidden fee is enormous. Final price goes beyond Carmax.

Very bad customer service...and once the car is sold they act like they dont know you.I agreeded to 3k down .and they charged me a extra thousand on my card with out consulting me first.

OVER CHARGED from agreed amount.. refused to correct the $6000 over charge. very upset.. avoid this dealer. the finance department manufactures extras without your knowledge and your stuck with the overage. waiting to hear from regulators to get money back..

THEY WILL DEFINITELY CHARGE WAY OVER ADVERTISED PRICE. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BIG TIME.ALSO THEY NEVER SENT A TITLE AND DONT ANSWER WHEN TRYING TO CALL xx NUMBER THEY PROVIDE.I PAID OFF LOAN AND NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR DUPLICATE TITLE.DO NOT GO THERE.WONDER IF THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.BECAUSE THERE SHOULD BE!

I normally don't write reviews, but this company is horrible. They lie about their refund policy and provide horrible customer care. I would not recommend this business to my enemies. It would be too much punishment. That is how bad this business is. Don't believe what they claim.

Why does car.com allow advertising a price when it is only 75% of the actual price (as stated in their description). What a slimy advertising practice!

Stay away from this place! Total nightmare! They kept giving me the run around about the registration and plates of the car, they said they had it covered as they work directly with the DMV but they didn’t!! I got stopped and towed for driving with an unregistered vehicle.

Be careful. Prices in the website is not real price. Read the fine print. Very deceiving.
