Was going to purchase a vehicle and asked if the car had been in any type of accident and the sales lady told me no that it was a clean title and when I checked the CARFAX the vehicle had been in a wreck and that the insurance deemed it to be a total loss and had a salvage title. Not good

The dealer don't even deserve a star . They fraudulent made paystubs under my name . I was approved for 14,000 they lied and said I was approved for 10,000 . They gave me a car that in a mouth the engine seized up bad car lot don't waste your time and money , they should get thrown in jail how much illegal things they do.

Don’t Buy Here! I got a 2010 Lexus RX 350 from them about 2 weeks ago. I took it to a lexus dealership the day after I bought it to have it checked out. It cost $500 to get it checked and to have the oil changed. Now the oil maintenance light is on and the car is very loud. Not to mention the finance company has been calling me almost everyday since I got the car. The people who call me don’t seem legit. The car was $14,000 with a payment of $500. The insurance for this car is $600 per month which doesn’t make sense since I’m a senior citizen. I am not keeping this car because I believe I am going to be paying for repairs. The warranty is phony. I should have never had to pay for an oil change. This dealership takes advantage of folks. I will be going to a reputable dealership within the next day or two to get me a car that’s not going to take advantage of me.

Lemon lot at its finest, they sell crap cars as is no warranty. Waste of time and money! Stuck fixing up a car that's no good.

Please do not waste your time buying a car from here. You will regret you whole experience. They will lie to you just run your credit and force you into something they know ain’t good. They change raise the prices of the car once they run your credit.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from this car lot that was a LEMON when I had first got the car 2 days after the battery started going out I called them to let them know and they replaced it a week later my car was running hot and when I took it to a mechanic it had a oil leak going through the spark plugs and ingition coils,the intake manifold needed to be replaced. the ac also had a Freon leak going into the OEM and firewall. Brakes were loose, the REPAIRS AND ALL WERE 1900$ and my INNSURANCE CONTRACT IS FRUAD I’m 18 on the innsurance plan THEY HAVE ME AS A 26 YEAR OLD MAN my quotes would come in as 400$ to 500$ cause I bought the car less than a month after I turned 18 chante a female employee there told me while we were looking for innsurance quotes that she had a company that could help and it was my fault for not reading through the contract throughly I’m a young hardworking young man and these people had the audacity to sell me a lemon and play these run around games don’t waste ya time here ima make sure they get what’s coming !!!!!

Totally made a fool of me! They sold me a 2014 VW in April 2021 that quit running before first payment. Here I am 5 payments later and the car hasn't moved from driveway since May. They Repairs needed total $2000 plus and Dart Auto Group refuses to pay. Don't be fooled by the test drive, they are not a quality dealer and only care about money.

Sold me a 2014 VW with a bad engine. Drove for 2 weeks. Had to tow the car back to the lot. They laughed 😅. Now they don't answer the phone. I took car to WV dealer and paid for diagnostic. Bad oil leak and timing belt among other things. DONT BUY HERE!!

Very helpful bought my dream car!! Took me a couple of try’s but we’ll worth the wait. Alex was a very helpful man! We exchanged number to so he can let me know on how the process was going
