The trade offer was insulting. Not even half of rough trade in value for a car with low miles no damage and excelant mechanical condition. Then gave a spill of how their market justified low ball trade. Gobity goop talk.

I recently bought a new Buick Encore GX ST from Dan Cummins in Georgetown. My salesmen, JB, was fantastic. I felt very taken care of and left with a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I can say that in the end they offered me a good deal for trading in my car snd making a purchase. I was offended by feeling pressured to make a decision,, . The old ploy of bringing in someone new to the dealing was off putting to me. However,, if i had taken their final deal,, i think i would have been pleased, but the journey there was not pleasant,.

I was fortunate enough to have been assigned Carl Zepniewski to help me with my purchase of a new 2025 Jeep Rubicon. I’m not the easiest customer as I have a lot of questions and I take my time deciding large purchases. Every step of the way Carl was quick to respond to my text questions, polite and bent around corners to put a deal together which I consider to be the best I could find within a few hundred miles. After over an hour drive to the dealership, things were handled professionally with my trade. I could not be happier with the Jeep and my overall buying experience at Dan Cummins Georgetown. I will likely give first dibs to this dealer and Carl specifically in the future for any vehicles I am looking to buy that can be found on their lot. My husband purchased a 2016 dodge ram on the 17th and we had such a good experience that we turned around and purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado for myself the 30th. Michael McMackin was a salesman both times. He done an amazing job, was very professional but also made our 3 year old son feel like he was just as much a part of the purchase. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I contacted this dealership for an online purchase of a Ram 2500 that I saw on Car Guru. They ran my credit for financing, I was approved and said they would send the paperwork to finalize the deal. They called me back a few hours saying the truck had been sold, but they had other trucks in the similar price range( they did not). Total waste of time I believe they never intended to sale that truck to me and tried to bait and switch me!! Stay clear of this dealership!!

I worked with Darrell Cross for the second time recently. He had a specific vehicle ready for to inspect and test drive when I I arrived shortly before the appointment time. Unfortunately that vehicle wasn't quite what I wanted so Darrell used my criteria to find several other options, one of which fit my needs and wants. That was followed by acceptable terms . I am very satisfied with the entire process. Dan Cummins large inventory pretty much guaranteed a vehicle for me. I don't see myself dealing with anyone else in the future

After visiting several car lots here in Lexington, I decided to visit Dan Cummins of Georgetown. My salesman, Michael McMackin treated me like we have known each other for years. He was nice, courteous and listened to what I was wanting instead of forcing me to spend my money on something I was not going to be happy with. My transaction took awhile (because I'm picky lol) but he followed up with me by calling me and sending me pictures of cars he thought I may like which only made me trust him as my salesman.
