I bought a new 2024 Toyota Corolla from Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA. I was treated very kindly by the salesman, Hani Arian. He wasn’t pushy and I was offered a fair price for the car I wanted. Since buying the Corolla the service at Imperial has been excellent and the service done quickly. Everyone I meet is friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with the Corolla. It drives well and should last me for years. I’d recommend anyone who’s looking for a used or new car to check out the Toyotas at Imperial Toyota.

I came for a oil change and sticker for my car 3/24/25 I received awesome service from EUGENE DESROCHES he was efficient and professional in regards to the service I needed for the oil change my plate needed to be reordered the person doing the sticker stated slightly dull EUGENE DESROCHES was very knowledgeable about this and recommended to go RVM in Milford Ma to assisted me which I did and received a temp plate until new came in I went back to dealership per recommendation of RVM to get a sticker which I did and they took me right and received my sticker and I was very satisfied customer on leaving the service department thank you again for awesome service.

Imperial was very easy to work with. Fawad and Hany were both professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. No high pressure tactics, and an emphasis on earning our business. I will be working with them again in the near future when my wife is ready to purchase her next vehicle.

Imperial had a used truck that I was interested in so my wife and I took a ride (over an hour) to check out the truck. Fawad was the sales representative that we were put in contact with upon arriving. He was very polite and super accommodating with showing us the truck. The truck turned out to be a no go for us so we talked about a new RAM versus used. We worked through several different options but we were not able to make a deal. My wife was interested in a Sienna so we then shifted to looking into one. Again, he was super accommodating showing us several. We did not walk away with making a deal that day but we really enjoyed working with him. After a week or so of searching for vehicles we decided that we wanted a Grand Highlander so drove back out to see Fawad and made a deal for one. We certainly could have used a dealership local to us but we felt that he deserved our business. We highly recommend Fawad and the Imperial Toyota dealership. Both deserve this 5 star review.
