A good experience

I just purchased a 2014 ES 350H from Bredemann. While I might have hoped for a slightly better price, as a whole, the experience was a very positive one. In large part, this was a result of dealing with Sue Guido. Sue was responsive to all my phone calls and emails. I had to wait for the car I wanted to become available. Sue kept me informed every step if the way. She's a professional with years of experience in automobile sales. She also took time to instruct me on my car's new technology...no doubt I'll be back for more of that. This purchase is my 4th Lexus. Last time, I dealt with another Lexus dealership in closer proximity to my house. This time, I was back to Bredemann. I so appreciate their straight forward approach.

I purchased by Lexus ES350 from Bredermann Lexus in Glenview today. I couldn' be happier with the service I received during the process. Additionally, my saleswoman, Kathy Walsh, treated me respectfully and understood my needs as well as my dislike for the process in general. She spent time reviewing the car with me and has encouraged me to come back as many times as necessary to understand the working of the navigation system, etc. I plan to take advantage of their hospitality.

New Car Wonderful Experience

The Manager, Tim and the Sales People...TERRIBLE!

I wanted badly to make a deal and to buy a Lexus which I did...with Lexus of Highland Park. When at Bredeman, I felt bullied and pressured without being given much information. I left and did some more research and out of convenience (they are located 2 minutes from my work), I called Norma a sales person there that had been recommended to me. Not only did she never return my calls but when I called and spoke with the manager to see what he could do for me regarding a quote...he spoke to me with disrespect, was annoyed to talk with me over the phone instead of in person and told me so and in a condescending tone gave me a number and said "You won't find any better than that" and it was a number almost $100/month more than Lexus of Highland Park. Tim was a jerk and I would NEVER do business with Bredeman Lexus dealership. My experience with Highland Park was night and day in comparison on every level!!

Marty Bredemann is a true professional!

I owned three lexus before and my family drives lexus (from Bredemann) as well. I just made the mistake of buying an Audi for the all wheel drive convertable. Nice car but the buying experience at Continental Audi in Naperville was awful! I am used to the quality service and respect you always get at Bredemann Lexus, but I see how that is not the norm! Marty Bredemann runs a top notch dealership and is a class act! You can feel comfortable at Bredemann Lexus as they don't play the typical car buying games. I have my new car for one day and I have decided already that I will be back in a Lexus next time!

wonderful customer experience

Dave Hahnenstein, our salesman, has been wonderfully attentive over the many years of our customer relationship with Bredemann. The service department is also excellent, particularly Pat Kappel, who has gone out of her way to attend our needs.
