I took my car into the Fields service department due to

I took my car into the Fields service department due to my check engine light being on. They checked and found that the gas cap wasn’t secured properly causing the like to come on. When I went to the shop to pick my car up, I was told the bill was$267.00. Of course I hit the ceiling at the cost of tightening the gas cap. I was then told they replaced it. (Big deal). With that price I asked for the service manager, but he wasn’t there, and would be in on Monday (this was on Sat). I paid to get my car, and on Monday called and spoke with the service manager, who reviewed everything and He took off $100.00. The bottom line is get the cost before you ok the service . As you and I know the remaining cost was still too much.

I have been a Fields customer for a decade (Formerly Brenneman). I have found there sevice as a purchaser and as service client o be constantly excellent. The environment and amenities are superb and the personal professional. Keep up the good work!

I am so pleased that this dealership has Howard Meron to help those of us who were not born yesterday to understand the new technology in today's cars. When I bought my Lexus in 2021, Howard was there to help me understand and use the new technology. When I bought my iPhone in July, 2024, Howard was there to help me set up my phone and make use of the new bells and whistles, especially those that would keep me safe on the road. A big thanks to Howard and the Fields dealership!
