I bought a car from Infiniti in San Jose 2 years ago, a year after having the car I had to put a massive air flow sensor a battery and alternator and spark plugs and new air filter and tires and thats not it still till this day I am now finding out that the wires connected to sensor were messed with causing damage as well I am so mad becouse I am stuck fixing this car so sad how dealerships sell people cars like this ,

Avoid This Dealership – Poor Service & No
Avoid This Dealership – Poor Service & No Accountability I strongly advise staying away from this dealership. My 4-month-old battery died every other day for four consecutive days, and despite multiple attempts, service never picked up the phone. I had to escalate the issue to consumer affairs just to get any response. Eventually, San Jose Infiniti agreed to inspect the car, and it has now been with them for seven days. Every step of the diagnostics requires approval, meaning there is no ETA on when my vehicle will be ready. To make matters worse, despite this being a premium service, I was not provided a loaner vehicle—an unacceptable experience for an $80K car. My vehicle has been meticulously maintained, even exceeding the advertised fuel efficiency (28 MPG vs. 26 MPG), yet I am now dealing with unnecessary delays and poor customer service. If you are fortunate enough not to experience issues, consider yourself lucky—but if you ever need service, do not rely on San Jose Infiniti. — Rajeev ---UPDATE-- Well I see San Jose Infinity (Aaron de Priest) to nullify bad review by being prompt. Trust me Max has no time for customer & he does not care.

Unbelievable! Really! We spoke to someone last night about coming to check one of their used cars, drove from the city to San Jose and they told us that the car is no longer available, we asked the sales person, why no one said anything and he said that they sent it to wholesale etc. we called his bluff by telling him that we saw the actual car on their lot and he started mumbling something about a recall and that they have to take the car apart and destroy it, kept rubbing his nose while lying it was amusing to watch. I’m glad I didn’t buy a car from them and don’t really care that we drive especially to see it because it was my fault to not believe their low rating and horrible reviews. You’d probably do the same as me but I had to share

Wish there was 0 option BEWARE !!! BEWARE!! Do not give your car for service here or especially Nicholas Mcclintic I would Like to tell our experience We gave our 2016qx60 for service on Dec 19th as there was noise in our car . We went there at 7:30am we wer told we will do diagnosis to find issue and as we wer at 90k miles .He informed us he would complete that service as well So after diagnosis wer told radiator fan and 90k miles service which includes replacing Air filter will be done - charged 3653$ After 8hours we got the car and right after 30mins the engine light started to pop on dashboard we called in and was asked to come on Saturday morning Saturday morning - The car was checked by him did not give paper work he said it looks fine and again after 2hours same concern called in took appointment got Monday the 23rd Monday morning 23rd - The same person mentioned to do diagnosis again and now he mentioned the coolant , brake pad and thermostat needs to be replaced - 2,800$ plus paid for 316$ diagnosis we asked them this issue wasn't even there until they did the work on Thursday and touched engine he denied to take responsibility and paid us back 316$ Today the 27th we took the car to another center - Thermostat , coolant and air filter (which was paid on Thursday ) needs replacement . Basically they lied and never replaced the air filter - charge - 1,018$ So if you want to save ur money and not get cheated please avoid this place as the mistake happened all coz of the bad service . Have proofs for same

I visited the dealership during a weekday and it was
I visited the dealership during a weekday and it was dead. No one was around the sales office except one guy busy closing the paperwork for one sale. They have a lot of new and used cars but probably only two salesmen available lol. I can expect the experience when the sales person finally show up. They just want you to leave unless you pay the sticker price plus their expensive add-on lol. That's about two grand extra and the add-on seems the only thing they care. They can't care less about the car and the service because they can't make much money out of those, at least they said so.
