Today, many dealerships and their service departments are long on their promises of excellent customer care, service, and value. Beshoff Infiniti does not waste their time making such claims and promises . . . They actually perform and offer stellar customer care, service, and value. In these hard economic times, which we all find ourselves in, Beshoff Infiniti rewards a visit with true value for your hard earned dollars. More importantly, you are welcomed with open arms and made to feel like you are truly a member of the Beshoff family. Brian Aghajani leads a very well trained and courteous staff. He has set the bar and standard for other dealerships to follow. At Beshoff Infiniti, customers are not merely nameless faces waiting to be processed. Care and consideration is given to meet each of their customers' individual needs, concerns, and requirements. Personally, I placed a high value on customer service and the good folks at Beshoff have more than earned my loyalty and business. There are many Infiniti dealerships here in the San Francisco Bay Area, which are quite close to where I live. However, I prefer to drive the 70 miles (one way) to Beshoff for all of my service needs. Simply knowing that my 2005 G35 Coupe is in the expect hands and care of the folks at Beshoff Infiniti offsets the extra miles which I need to travel for dependable and friendly service. My primary Infiniti factory warranty expired some 2 weeks ago. However, I will continue to visit Beshoff for my car's service needs. My thinking is, who else is better to service my car than a group of people committed to genuine customer satisfaction? In my book, Beshoff affords stellar quality and care. They have surpassed all of my expectations.

I made an apointment explaining what I was looking for, upon arrival at the dealership I found the selection ready and everything went quickly and to our wishes. We chose a G37 and are extremely happy with the follow up service and the car.Our last 2 cars have been Jaguar S models and we are excited about our move to Infinity.

My boyfriend decided to upgrade from his original car...

My boyfriend decided to upgrade from his original car that he received in college years ago to a G35 Infiniti, after he received his PhD. We did a lot of research and did not walk in blindly. In fact, we had just come from another Infiniti dealership and was offered a good deal after about an hour of back and forth negotiating. The car just didn't have the small particulars we really wanted, so we decided to go to Beshoff and look at a car we saw online. As we were walking around looking at this car on the front lot, a guy comes out of the building and hocks a loogie, then spits it out on the grass! I turned my back to him, thinking "oh please don't come over to us, please don't come over to us'...well, he did. Great. He introduced himself as Linn, and we told him we wanted to test drive this one car. He turned out to be nice and accommodating. After the test drive, we went inside to talk numbers. Now, the inside of this place is very nice, very modern with leather chic couches everywhere. I thought this was pretty cool, a lot nicer than other dealerships I've been in (even the BMW dealership where I bought my car). Once we sat down is when the nightmare began. The salesman, Linn, went on a 15 minute schpeel about how awesome this flagship dealership is and how it's the newest and greatest dealership in America, along with the one in New York. I started getting a little wary that he had to state all these things, as we were really only interested in the car. Plus, it's a beautiful Sunday and I don't want to spend it BS-ing around with this guy. So finally the numbers talk came. I have bought 3 cars in my life, and had to suffer through 6 months of my ex-boyfriend selling cars after grad school, so I am very well aware of the ins and outs of the car buying business. I, however, didn't tell Linn this, and just watched as Linn dealt with my boyfriend. Linn found out that this was my boyfriend's first vehicle purchase, and I saw an immediate change in demeanor. He tried to sell the car for A THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE than what the sign on the car outside said!! He told us that was the deal he could give us! When we called him out on that, he backtracked and said, "Oh well that was the tag from last weekend, that shouldn't have been on there." Wow, shady. I said, "well, that's the price tag sitting on the car right now, so shouldn't that be the price you offer us out of fairness?" (plus it's the last day of the month and I saw on the CarFax report that that car was sitting on the lot for the past 3 months). He started blabbering out a bunch of jibberish about last weekend on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday it was on sale and now it's a different weekend and they don't need to have their cars on sale because they are such a prestigious dealership, etc. etc. RED FLAG RED FLAG! You could tell he was trying to cover his ass and he was slightly perturbed that we were so rude as to call him out on it. So finally we said, ok lets just get going, we'll head out to another Infiniti dealership. Linn said "Wait", then walked out to talk to his manager and came back saying, "Ok we'll offer you the price that's listed on the car. Wow, whoopty doo, thanks a lot. But, alas, we settled back in our seats and then told him the price we wanted (which was the price on the G35 at the other dealership, about $3000 less than what Beshoff was offering), he said indignantly, "We don't sell anything here for that price". THEN he snidely said to my boyfriend, "Well maybe this is just too much car for you." How DEMEANING and POMPOUS is that? I wanted to reach over the table and punch him in the face. My boyfriend kept his cool, but I couldn't. I finally told him that I knew he was taking advantage of us because he didn't think we knew what we were doing. If I have ONE pet peeve, it's being talked down to by some imbecile who thinks he's more intelligent or high class than me. He said he has 22 years of sales so he knows what he's doing. He even said, "Look at Yelp and dealerrater.com, you can clearly see that we are rated very high and we have an image to uphold." Basically meaning, "WE CHARGE ~$3000 MORE THAN OTHER INFINITI DEALERSHIPS FOR THE SAME CAR BECAUSE SOMEHOW WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS BRAND NEW FANCY LOT WITH LEATHER SOFAS AND CHAIN DRAPES HANGING FROM THE CEILING LIKE THE V BAR AT SANTANA ROW " So there you have it, from the experience we had, it seems like they profile you the minute you walk into the dealership, then prepare their little schpeel accordingly. If we had driven up in my BMW, dressed in our weekday business attire, and mentioned the several graduate degrees and property we own between the two of us, I am certain we wouldn't have been given such a humiliating and degrading experience. Thanks Beshoff Infini!

At Beshoff Infiniti I honestly believe that their service was perfect. The quality of service and friendliness of the sales representative (Dru Tran) had made the process of buying a new car simple and fast, there were no hassles whatsoever. Although the price wasn't rated a 5, I still believe it was very good. But my overall experience with Beshoff Infiniti was exceptional. It was really easy to talk to the sales representative and decide without any problems at all. I really recommend Beshoff Infiniti to all the people who consider buying a new Infiniti.

I just bought a car from this dealership which is the nicest and cleanest looking place I have ever seen. Javier - our salesman - patiently explained to us all features of the car, down to the smallest detail. He showed us several models and we test drove two of them. We have never been pressured to buy and the first time in my life I had a pleasant experience with a car salesman. He showed us the entire dealership including the meticulously clean repair area. Even the coffee tasted more like Starbucks than the usual fare. The time to go through the paperwork was short and the person who did that was knowledgeable and competent. The price we ended up with was slightly better than expected. The car was ready for pickup on time. Javier went through with us again in detail the various gadgets and answered patiently all our questions. All the employees we have met were genuinely friendly. This included the sales manager and the general manager, who must be partially responsible for creating this atmosphere. Both my wife and I were equally impressed. I wish that some of the other dealerships would follow their example.

I finally acknowledged that I was growing old when I banged my head against the window sill once too often, getting into and out of my beloved 2001 Porsche Boxster. I was sceptical that a sedate sedan would have the performance of a Boxster until I test-drove the 2009 Infinity G37 - truly a wolf in sheep's clothing - exhillerating! Beschoff offered me a good trade-in price on my Boxster and a very good price on the G37. The actual Sales experience was very pleasant and nothing like the cheap aggressive tactics used by some car salesmen. I believe that the professional sales ethic emanates directly from the leadership: Brian Agajani is very courteous, sincere and a true professional. So now I am the delighted new owner of a G37 and I am busy exploring the sophisticated computer navigation and control systems and the amazing performance of this sporty sedan. As a result of this experience, I am now considering an Infinity from Beschoff to replace my Mercedes Benz E320!

Beshoff Infiniti has the most impressive facility of any other dealership that I have been to in the bay area, and I have been to all of them except the Pleasanton one. Myself, I service Infiniti vehicles on the side "Enthusiast Auto Care." The ceilings at Beshoff must be at least 40+ feet tall, there is glass everywhere, and the auto repair area is one of the cleanest, most organized, most well-equipped shop facilities that I have witnessed. A true enthusiast's dream! The people I have worked with at Beshoff Infiniti are Brian, Anthony (service advisor), and Art(mechanic). Brian is the heart and soul of this dealership. Brian is active in the Infiniti community and his influence is as positive as can be on all its members. Brian is VERY professional, friendly, and open-minded. This isn't the kind of guy you can take advantage of, but at the same time, he's not at all unreasonable like some people at other Infiniti dealerships in the area. The only other dealership that comes to mind when I think of top notch customer service and quality, is Niello Infiniti in concord. Anthony has been a great service advisor by recording my concerns accurately, setting up several meetings between myself and the technician that worked on my vehicle, and reporting progress as needed. The technician (Art by name), was very well educated, patient, and open to hear my ideas and suggestions. Nothing was done without my approval and I am confident to say this is one of the only places I would trust to touch my car. Indeed they give tours of the shop area and I was personally shown the car wash room. No machines, no fancy tools - just the old fashion 2 bucket system and clean chamois to try off - you won't get swirl marks here! So to wrap up this review, take your vehicle to Beshoff Infiniti - you won't be disappointed - and if you are, give them a chance to put it right, as I'm sure they will.

I just purchased brand new FX35 from Mitch Rozinsky @ BESHOFF INFINITI. This was the best car shopping experience. The car was for business and therefore i had to get the best possible price. I emailed a few dealers in Bay Area and all of the responded with crazy prices but Beshoff. He gave me great price right from the start over the email and when i came by to the dealer it took me 20min to do all the paperwork and i was done. Mitch fully explained everything about the car, things that i didn`t know that FX has and i already had FX for 3 years with a previous lease. I strongly suggest Mitch @ Beshoff
