Don't ... just don't.
Good heavens, where do I even begin ... Salesman sent me on my way without any vehicle insurance then blew up my phone and email the next morning, beginning the message by saying, "I could lose my job". No hello, no introduction. Just, "I could lose my job" then proceeds to tell me I needed to get him my insurance verification NOW or they'll fire him and my vehicle would be repossessed, leaving me with no vehicle. Salesman scammed me into buying a $3400 warranty after telling me it came at no charge with the vehicle. How did they scam me you ask? Well that line item was conveniently cut off of the top of the page on a very crooked printout of the contract. Shame on me for not adding all visible line items together. Made me drive 40 miles back in to re-sign contract because it was printed crooked. Unfortunately I didn't see the added warranty until after this. Vehicle began making groaning sound in axle area after 1500 miles. Called warranty place and they had no record of my warranty because dealership hadn't submitted paperwork. Called dealership and got the same salesman. I told him I was already having car problems and the warranty company said the paperwork was never submitted to which he replied ... "okay, and what do you want?" I told him I needed someone to take care of it. He said he'd have the service department call me in the next 2 hours and hung up. They never called. I finally get service on the phone and drive my car 40 miles back to the service center. They tell me the car is UNSAFE to drive and the steering rack, pinion, front end tie rod, front sway bar link, front axle, rear stabilizers and all engine mounts need to be replaced. At first, someone tried to tell me it was because I "drove it a lot" to which I replied, so your vehicles are only good for about 1500 miles before they break??? The manager thankfully pushed through the warranty that I purchased and the service center was able to get everything covered, but I am looking at being 3 weeks without a vehicle. Kar Genie didn't offer me a loaner or anything. They did nothing more than submit paperwork that should have already been submitted to fix a broken car that they sold me. Kar Genie called me while my car was in the shop and informed me that I needed to pay them $350 because my loan was short on the buyout. First they told me it was because the buyout took so long to do and the price went up, to which I told them that it was not MY problem if they took too long to process the paperwork. Then I was transferred to a manager who told me it was because I gave them the wrong price on what I owed on my trade-in. I was asked by the idiot salesman to BALLPARK what I owed and they'd get the actual number from the lender for a buyout. He didn't. He took my rough ballpark number, added $150 to it and slapped it on the contract, telling me that they verified the buyout. I complained about this to the manager and his response was that it's my loan, hence it's my problem and if I don't pay, they'll take my car when it's finished being serviced and not let me have it back until I pay that $350. So because their salesman is a dirty liar, I'll need to fork out an additional $350 on top of my car payment for a vehicle that spent 3 out of the 5 weeks I've had it in the shop for major repairs. If I don't, the dealership will hold my car hostage. Save yourselves money, time and a huge headache folks! Buy your vehicle somewhere else!

Arranged a time to view a vehicle a week ahead because I was driving from a long distance. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy, had a punctured tire so I could test drive and to add insult to injury, the salesman wanted to talk number. Gets better, 2 days later the internet sales manager call me and want to make it right. Promised to have the tire fixed and cleaned and would send me new pictures. Never recieved the pictures and accidentally texts me to come this afternoon knowing I live far. Clearly that was for another customer. What a debacle.

Worst experience I've ever had
Horrible dealership. Horrible communication......like every other dealership.....they don't hear your concerns, they skip over your question, "when can you come in", "can you come in today", I stay a hour drive away and already drive for a living.....heck. I've driven their way twice in 8 hours.....what makes you think I want to just jump up on my off day and drive without knowing I'm getting some kind of deal...that's not even why I'm upset....I'm upset because after talking to pretty much everyone on their staff.....the last guy informs me that the car is sold........if the car is/was sold.....what car did we just make a deal on? And if I didn't ask about the car. No one was going to tell me! That would have been a complete waste of time....this is why apps like zoom, carvana etc etc are popping up with such success...you small dealerships don't know how to treat people....this is why y'all are the 1st car lots to go and with your buesniss practice, you won't be far behind.....I highly recommend you seek else where before you have time wasted that you can never get back

I had a great professional response from Jacob Cadwell. His manager held the car I chose for two weeks until I could tracel to come get my car. They answered all questions timely... I am happy.

I went there because they had the truck that I like , when I contact the dealer the assigned Allan Infante to help us the guy was very unprofessional he left us for like 2 hours waiting in the lobby, becuase it was more important another clients, when he finally decided to help us he made me fill up my application I guess he was to busy to do it un very unhappy with the costumer service.. even that the next day we had to bring the truck ... Alejandro the mechanic was very nice guy , I appreciated the help but I'm gonna give a bad review for the help that we received...

Scam artist and horrible customer service.
Car broke down 10 minutes after purchasing it. Now being charged a 750 restocking fee because I no longer want the car. This company had the car for 10 days and it’s still not fixed but yet and still the cancellation process is still not complete. Don’t waste your time or money.

Bad experience
Bad experience with my husband. The first guy Harry was super nice but the Guy that last helped him was arrogant. Not a way to talk to customers. Was pushy and felt like he was rushing us “are you taking the car or not” type of attitude. My husband just wanted the details and needed details about the numbers and he seemed offended. High numbers for a used car. Eventually gave us a more reasonable deal. We really wanted the car But because of attitude we simply walked away. Lost a customer.
