Horrible place to go.

Horrible place to go. Never have the cars that are posted online there or if they are they are usually not up to standard meaning there's some issues with them. All they want is money that you don't want to spend. Even if you qualify for a loan with no money down. It's not good enough for them. Don't waste your time cause they sure will use up all your time on something your not interested in. They are some what nice trying to make a sale but bad customer service and rude if no sale. They should be taken off any online service cause none of those cars are ever available all misleading information.

Try avoiding all headache by just turning around and

Try avoiding all headache by just turning around and heading anywhere but here you be better off elsewhere than here totally not worth stepping one foot into this place if you value time not worth wasting your time and energy playing there game with lies scam with additional unnecessary add ons not needed just a ripped off dishonest

Wish I could give 0 stars.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Don't go to this place. The mileage online was 22k miles less than what is on the actual vehicle. When we pointed it out they said that it was just a typo and that the Carfax has the correct mileage and implied that they were not fraudulent because we should have been more observant. So to prove that I am this is what I observed, they try to talk their way out of all the issues we brought up. The mileage was only a drop in the bucket. He was trying to get me to buy the car without even test driving it saying that it was getting smogged. When we brought up the fact that we had an outside financer and that I would not be running my credit at that time he tried to tell me I had to and there was no other choice. Then we brought up the price and what our finance group would base the price and extra fees on and he informed me that is was just an estimate and then went on to explain the definition of what the word estimate is. I told him after that I will not be purchasing a car from him and to give me my driver's license. He said no problem and walked away and 5 minutes later another guy came in and I asked him for my license. He said he didn't have it and that he would get it and apologize for it not being but then proceeded to try to sell us the car. I told him that there was nothing you can say to me that would make me buy a car from you today so I really want you to go get me my driver's license so that I can leave. He decided to condescend to me and say well if I said if I give you to you for $100, and I said sure if you want to give me a car but you're not going to do that so if you could go get my driver's license that would be great. He kept talking instead of walking away and grabbing me my license and again started trying to gaslight us. He stated that the milage on the website was human error, if it was supposed to be 87k but they put 78k sure, but to go from 87k to 65k is human intention. He told us that the fees on the website were just an estimate and not exact, however when he showed us the offer the taxes and fees were spot on. I told him I'm not buying a car that I can't test drive and he said we can get you in it today. I told him the other guy said it was getting smogged and he said well it does need a smog but it needs to be driven for a little while, which means the check engine light is on and they want me to believe that if we just drive it for a few miles it will go off and the smog will pass. I'm not spending almost 14k on a vehicle with a check engine light on which is exactly why the first guy lied and didn't let us test drive it and made up some excuse. At the end of the day I don't feel comfortable giving my money to shady people. I felt held hostage and learned so much from this experience. Any car I see on kar genie will be passed on even if they are giving it away.

CAUTION!

CAUTION!!!! ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE COERCED FROM BUYERS DURING THE CONTRACT SIGNING PROCESS. I SUGGESTED I DO MY REVIEW WHEN I GOT HOME, AND THEY INSISTED I DO IT RIGHT THEN. I DID SO IN ORDER TO GET OUT OF THAT PLACE. I DELETED IT WHEN I GOT HOME. HERE IS MY TRUE OPINION/EXPERIENCE. IT'S YOUR TYPICAL USED CAR RIP-OFF. MANY REVIEWS HERE SAY THAT CARS ARE NOT FIXED BEFORE RESELLING AND THIS IS TRUE IN MY CASE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO WASH IT OUTSIDE OR INSIDE. I DISCOVERED DURING HEAVY RAINFALL, THE WIPERS WEREN'T WORKING. YES I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT EVERY DETAIL BUT IT WAS SO LATE, I WAS SO TIRED, I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THERE. MANY MORE DISAPPOINTMENTS. ALL TRUE. WITH ALL OF THE OTHER CAR BUYING OPTIONS/PLACES OUT THERE, WHY WOULD ANYONE SHOP HERE? I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THEM. I had bought a 2020 Dodge Charger.

I had bought a 2020 Dodge Charger. And when I drove it home from the dealership the day that I bought it. It locked up on me. I was stuck on the middle of the freeway. The car decides to lock up. I could not start it. I couldn't move it called a tow truck company to have them come and help me They said there's nothing that they can do because it is a dealership issue. & all bad from there 1 week later I had a blowout. And in that same day I had another tire blowout. Turns out the alignment was off completely and the toe kit broken, I had missing bolts Some of them were not even tightened that went to the frame to the suspension. I have electrical issues. And I've contacted them numerous times it's been 6 months and still nothing they do nothing about it. I suggest nobody buys cars from this bzness. They are not honest and they sell you. A lemon $40000 for a vehicle that is a lemon. Yeah, you can trust that I'm taking them to court.

Salespeople are great.

Salespeople are great. The dealership is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They will list a price, raise the price while you are working through the deal and they will force you to pay $2800 in “aftermarket products” that they will not sell a car without even if you don’t want them and are paying in cash or with your own financing. Stay away from this predatory dealership.

Adan helped us out today buy a vehicle.

Adan helped us out today buy a vehicle. The relationship started rocky, but after discussing our needs we were able to work out a deal that worked for us. Adan is very professional and works to make the customers feel comfortable. Also asked to get us out by noon and was successful.
