Wasted my time

I scheduled a test drive at 7pm for 10am the next day through their Facebook Messenger. I get there that morning only to be told that that car had been in the shop for a few days and would not be available for several more days. They apologized and told me that a third party company handles their communications. This is ridiculously unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time. If you are going to outsource your scheduling how do you not keep them up to date on which cars you have on the lot? I will give them credit for being polite but this is not a serious way of running a business. Fortunately BMW of Fairfax had a similar model for sale and they got my business that afternoon.

Thank you so much for posting your experience. Reviews like these allow us to clear up any misconceptions or unrealistic expectations that one might have about how we operate. So you did not actually schedule an appointment through Facebook Marketplace. We DO use a third party ad management company to respond to many of the leads that come through Facebook Marketplace. Those representatives clearly thank you for "REQUESTING" an appointment and clearly mention that someone from our sales team will be reaching out to confirm the appointment with you shortly. If nobody contacted you to confirm your appointment, don't you think that should have been a red flag suggesting we maybe didn't get the appointment request and to maybe try calling the dealership and actually speaking with an employee there directly... Especially if your time is so important that driving 10 minutes down route 1 from your house without actually confirming your 10am appointment when our website clearly states that we operate by appointment only is such an enormous waste of your time. I personally spoke with you several times, clearly explained the miscommunication, offered to make the car available to you at the earliest possible date and time the moment the vehicle was available. You directly declined my offer to help. I was totally up front and completely professional with you the entire time. I don't normally respond in such a personal manor, but I take our professionalism very seriously here and I was extremely polite, respectful, accommodating, honest, and up front with you. It's not like you drove two hours from your house to come see a car that we told you was here. We're right down the street. I grew up in Burke, lived in Woodbridge and Dumfries, and I know exactly how long it takes to get here from Woodbridge. At the end of the day, you showed up here without an appointment, you didn't call or text a sales associate first to confirm anything; if you had, we would have told you like we've told the dozens of others individuals who have inquired on this vehicle that it is NOT ready for sale... So good thing BMW of Fairfax had one, because ours wasn't available in the first place. And the only real waste of your time was the 30/45 minutes that you spent out in the parking lot writing this review after I personally apologized for the misunderstanding and clearly communicated to you what was going on with the vehicle. At any rate, we apologize for the misunderstanding. Hopefully in the future, our customers can read this review and achieve a better understanding of how we operate. I apologize to anyone who thinks we may have been a bit too abrasive in this review, but we are here to serve at all of our customers' behest and respond to their every beck and call in every and any way we possibly can. This is what we're here for and what we do best. We're here to serve, not to sell and we don't take kindly to being accused of being unprofessional when we were nothing but...

highly recommended

David and his team at Off Lease Motors were extraordinary in helping me find a new vehicle! They pulled strings, and got everything I asked for with my used 2016 Honda Civic EX-T including a spare key, a free car clean/detail (which is complimentary for your purchase forever!), and much more! I did happen to have an issue with my vehicle's AC system at the time of purchase, but David took it into his own hands and returned the vehicle icy cold on the inside! I recommend David and his team at Off Lease Motors, and I really appreciate them blessing me with my new whip! Like

5 star service!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service at Off Lease Motors. The staff is fast, friendly, and super helpful. I got an Odyssey, which is in fantastic shape and at a price that's hard to beat. I'll def be recommending this business to friends.

great experience!!

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Jake was very good about helping answer any and all questions I had and was extremely patient in helping me find a car that met all the expectations I had laid out. He was a wonderful salesman and it was clear to me that he cared about what made me happy rather than just meeting a quota on sales. They are also extremely helpful when it comes to working with you on financing options and my purchase was featured on their instagram page which really gave it that extra personal experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to any and everyone!

excellent service

OK! I've been to a lot of dealerships but none of them came close to their high level of hospitality and customer-focus. Outside of the super high quality inventory they have, my review will be on my experience in doing business with them. Noel came out to greet me (as their office was a little difficult for me to locate) and showed me the car I was interested in checking out (was already ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, there were a few cosmetic concerns that Noel and Leo (the manager) assured would be addressed when purchased. They were very accommodating in answering my questions about the car, allowed me to look under the hood, and even removed the plastic engine cover so I could look at the bare uncovered engine (was very well maintained). Unfortunately bc the car was basically brand new and well under market value (even with tags, taxes, etc--final price), the price wasn't flexible; however, Leo included the mechanical and cosmetic maintenance work I wanted to be done before the car would be in my possession (oil change, battery terminal protectors installed, total car detail) and even added free delivery to my home out of state, on top of that, they even bought me lunch from the Salvadorian restaurant across the street (and I'm from TX and not even TX dealerships offered as much as them and treated me as well as they did). This morning they drove to my house (out of state) to deliver my car! When you are buying from them, you are not a customer, you are a member of their team and they have your back when finding the best plan to suit your affordability needs. I felt that vehicle-browsing pressure lifted off my back when I was working with them, and you will too knowing you have them in your corner. They will not lead you astray and will not pressure you in any capacity. They are an honest family-owned small business, and if I have to drive out of state to buy from them again, I will!

A Service!

All I can say is wow. I’ve been searching for a Honda Accord for about 6 months now and I’ve dealt with a bunch of BS to say the truth! Shady dealers that will say anything just to make a sale. I decided to give Off Lease in Stafford a call and Cheyenne got me all the information I needed before making the 2 hour drive from Richmond. As soon as I got there Cheyenne got me the keys and let me take the car for a spin. It was in immaculate condition cosmetically and mechanically. The manager Brian even let me take the car to Honda for a pre-purchase inspection! The transparency at this dealership is what earns my business. When I sat with finance I expected them to negotiate the price or terms, BUT they stick to their price and being ‘haggle-free’. After some explaining from the finance manager I completely understood and it made a lot of sense. They literally have the market’s best price on their vehicles and they proved it to me. All in all, Off Lease Motors is the place to get your vehicle. I will definitely send them my family and friends for their future vehicle purchases.

Liars false promises prefer to help certain people

Fraud advertising liars I would not recommend anyone unless you ready to pay hidden cost it’s time someone standup for dealerships like this they take advantage of customers

Perhaps you have us confused with another dealership. Here at Off Lease Motors we offer and represent nothing but the best. We strive to provide the most smooth, honest, and transparent experience you'll ever have in any car dealership, new or used! We have no hidden fees and will always happily provide Carfax, Autocheck, and full, "Out The Door" pricing on any vehicle when asked. You have your reason for visit listed as Service/Repair. We are not a service or repair facility, but anything that we promise to you regarding any kind of service or repair will always be put in writing in your deal contract so there is NEVER any confusion. If you come back to us weeks or months after your purchase to ask for our help with any kind of repairs or maintenance, we will always oblige help you and can provide such services at our cost, (greatly reduced from what you might expect to pay elsewhere), but obviously such services would not be free. Unless you purchase an extended warranty or service contract, things such as maintenance, or repairs will always cost money at any dealership you go to anywhere in the nation. You'll be hard pressed to find one that will perform them for next to no gain, never mind at cost. Here at Off Lease Motors, we are not here to sell, we're here to serve, but you must be reasonable about what your expectations are and understand that this is a business not a charity.
