Stay away!

On Wednesday March 7 the Truck showed up on phone through an alert. We were in the area on business. Went to see the truck. By the time we arrived it was “Sold”...ole bait and switch! But they had a similar vehicle. A 2017 f250. We test drove it, looked around and underneath. It appeared ok. We did the dance and ultimately purchased the vehicle. To my dismay they did not offer a warranty. Something told me then not to sign. Regrettably I did. But purchased a warranty. Thirty miles away the vehicle began to run badly, the check engine light came on. I pulled over and shut it down. I called the dealership, it was closed by then. I emailed them telling them the situation. I finally made it home. The next day I tried several times to reach the dealership. I always was put on hold. They did not return calls or emails. After three days I wrote a negative review on a similar to this app. The next day I had a voicemail from dealership concerning my negative review I gave them, they wasn’t worried about the 45k lemon I had purchased from them!!! I have always believed that if a business cannot back their products, you shouldn’t deal with them! I bet you next time I will listen to my beliefs!!!

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! We purchased a truck here recently that will need thousands of dollars in repairs for a new rear end. When we test drove the truck we felt a vibration, but we were told it was due to the oversized tires. We took his word and purchased the truck. My husband then changed the gear oil and said the oil weight seemed to be heavier than required as in an attempt to cover up the problem. I called the dealership and they could care less. I want to warn people not to buy here.
