1st off I paid cash on 1/7/2025 I was charged $650.

1st off I paid cash on 1/7/2025 I was charged $650.00 to have it delivered. It was p/up on a Sat. A couple of weeks later. & The delivery Man called to tell me it would arrive, but Late, like after 2:00 A.M.That made it Sunday. When I looked outside in my driveway, No, 2007 Ford ExplorerEddie Bauer. I waited to contact Mike the salesman on Monday. I told him if it wasn't in my driveway that day. I was calling my Sheriff & reporting it Stolen. Well that got an immediate picture of my explorer sitting on a trailer s/ place. The driver went on about some lame brain excuse. Like it costs him $600.00 for diesel fuel for his truck. I told him that wasn't my Problem. & I'd already over pd. him by $50.00 He said he had 2 more cars to p/up & couldn't get them till Monday. A phone call would have prevented that miss understanding. When my Explorer did arrive in my driveway. The 1st. Thing I noticed was my Running Boards were missing. They are Standard Factory Equipment. That's why I searched all over for an Eddie Bauer. I owned a 2006 Eddie Bauer. It was stolen in N.C. I live in MI.& Naturally my ins co. Liberty Mutual denied the claim. & The main thing I Loved about the Eddie Bauer was the running boards. I"m only 5'5" tall, but it's still a long ways to the ground. The original running boards on the 2007 were the retractable ones. I sent many text Msg's to Mike, he's never answered any of them on my Stolen Running Boards. The rain visors on the D.side were cut off, leaving the plastic strip along with the Glue. I Finally found a Auto Sales Company that was able to find me a set of Ford replacement r, boards. I picked them up today. 4 mo's after being the owner of my running board missing factory parts, well not the ones that used to be on it. I couldn't afford retractable ones The stationary ones set me back $541.63. that covered a set of Running boards. The hanging kit. & The cut off driver's side rain visors. The visors are only sold in sets of 4. This doesn't include installation. I will find out tomorrow what that bill is. & If the installation kit doesn't work. I will have to pay a Welder to install them. I"m 74 yr's young.I live on a fixed income. I do not appreciate being Lied To by A Crooked Salesman. I put them in the same category as a Crooked Lawyer. X Drive Auto Sales, Inc. had not heard the last from me. I'm just getting cranked up! I'm an IRISH born Woman! So if any future Looking used vehicle customers are even looking at their inventory, Take a Crooked Attorney with you, you might come out of any sales from those crooks being a winner! I'll leave another comment after I find out how honest & loyal they truly are. Or my Attorney Will. Thank you all if you read all the way to the end of my experience with X Drive Auto Sales, Inc. They think being Incorporated saves them from a Law Suit, well I'll report back after it Happen's. Right is Right & Wrong is Wrong. Michigan owner of a 2007 Eddie Bauer explorer with stolen factory installed Running Boards! I'd sign my name, but the crooks already Have It!

I called to buy the car and the salesman took a video of

I called to buy the car and the salesman took a video of the car. Looked very nice outside And inside. Salesman then started the vehicle up and there was two or three codes flashing on the dash. I called them back and told them I did not want to buy it. Why would you do that and not fix it . I would have to pass on this dealership on anything else that they have for sale. In my opinion, this is no way to do business.

Vechile frame was rusted out! Scupulous dealer

I purchased a vechile a 2009 Saturn Vue 7 weeks ago from this dealer, and brought it in to my mechanics shop to have rear brakes inspected and found out the entire fram is rusted out and recommended not to drive the car due to the fact that you could push a pencil thru most of the frame on both sides and rust would crumble. I don't understand that they can say the inspect all of their cars and if they ever put it up on a host as they do to change oil or reviewed the underbody to see if there are any underbody issues they would not have seen this problem. I admit I should have my mechianic check the car out before purchasing it but I would have thought the car should have been junked rather than pass it along to customer and in 7 weeks have to junk it my self.I would not trust this company to purchase any other vechiles froml them.

Engine Damage Undiscovered Until After Purchase

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Should be 5 Star Drive Auto!

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

Great company. Fantastic employees.

Great buying experience. We live just over an hour away and received an excellent and honest phone description of the vehicle we were considering. All of the staff including the owner and his wife are very courteous and our salesman Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy the vehicle during the test drive and called Mike to negotiate an out the door price. We continued our test drive and drove 20 minutes to a branch office of our bank to get a check. I called Mike from the bank with the rest of the details and all of the paperwork was ready by the time we got back. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Awesome Experience!!!

Awesome experience buying our Cadillac DTS. Jay is very helpful. He suggested the best possible financing with a local Credit Union. The process was easy and done mostly online and phone. When it was time to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. We were able to save a little money by transferring a plate from our previous car, which Jay took care of... no trip to Secretary of State will be required! I was in and out the door, driving home in less than an hour.
