Traverse High Country

Great Staff

Came to the dealership to trade in my car and get a used one from their inventory. Was met right at the door and was a great experience from there on out. They were very honest and forthcoming, not pushy at all. Highly recommended!!!!

Re-Flash a Body Module for my ATS

After trying to get my Cadillac in at my local service dealer failed called JJ's service and was in and out the next morning. Great job!

Finance department sucks

I'd like to offer a huge middle finger to the finance department here. Offering someone 6% with a 740 Fico is a JOKE. Then tells us we won't get better than 3.75% with our credit union. Got 2.64% in 5 minutes. After being insulted with this crap I didn't even want to do business with these clowns but the truck was for my husband. DO NOT EVEN LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT

Here at Jimmie Johnson's Kearny Mesa Chevrolet, we are always looking for ways to improve; thus we appreciate your input. To protect our customers privacy, we do not discuss any personal finances publicly but want to note that car dealerships are not financial lenders but loan originators. The rates are set by the various lenders that the applications are submitted to. When we were told about your credit union, we submitted your loan application to them and the rate they gave was for going through a 3rd party like a car dealership. The lower rate you got was for members going directly into the credit union and an additional discount for electing to use direct debit for the monthly payments. Both not available through our dealership. In writing, all our customers have the right to obtain their own financing. We do not bind the loan we originate as a condition of purchase. If you would be willing, we would like to have you contact our General Manager, John Segal at (858) 223-1699 to discuss ways we can better serve you in the future. Happy customer

We’ve been to so many dealership over the years but never found a car salesman like Lenny. He is very accommodating to our needs, understanding of our intent and best of all he was patient. He made sure we took the time to decide. He explained everything without making us feel rushed. He is calm and very, very nice. He answered all our questions and spent as much time as we needed. Great dealership

Great buying experience. Nate was honest, patient and knowledgeable. Michael in finance kept things moving along with a good sense of humor and low key approach. Dealership beat another local dealer by hundreds of dollars.
