This went way better than expected. Needed to sell my car I purchased from them 2 years earlier. He gave me the best offer & was very pleasant to work with. Treated me with respect above all else.

This has to be the worst dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Feb, had a sales agreement in place, it originally taking 2 months to correct them, I received the vehicle back, with the same issues still in place, after being ignored I wrote a review, this triggered a response. They collected my vehicle and gave me a loaner. This was May 8th. I have continuously followed up with them with almost no updates. I have given them options to fix this, so we can get it closed and I can finally get my vehicle that I am paying for back. They ignored that. The vehicle I currently have from them has plates expiring this month, placing me in a position where I do not have transport to get to work. I have phoned and emailed with no response. This just shows the clear lack of care. I would recommend everyone stay away from this dealership, after sales service and and actual service is horrible.

Typical dealership. Advertise price online to get you in door and when you put pen to paper the add ons are revealed to raise the price. I encourage you to stand out from other sleazy dealers and publish the price you want with add on up front. Don’t waste people’s time. That will get you 5 stars and more repeat business. Also don’t insult your customers intelligence and tell me the car won’t last over the weekend when we both know that is not the case.

It was a good experience. The person I dealt with was amazing, transparent and very helpful.

Disappointing experience post purchase. Communication has been terrible, and nearly two months after purchase there is no resolution. We just want the personal items taken out of our car when dropped off for service returned to us and the broken items promised to be fixed to be resolved. Can’t seem to get a timely call back or return response so do not think we will return to this dealership.

This dealership is my new go to! The sales staff was amazing and the service staff was just a great! I leased a vehicle with Kenny and he was super Thorough with explaining all of the numbers and features of the car. He was super friendly and had us laughing the whole time! He introduced me to one of the service advisors named James and he even went through all of the services this car would need at different points in time and as a person very concerned with that I thought it was an amazing opportunity to speak with him. Not only do I have a new trusted salesman but a new trusted person for service too. 1000/10!!

Have tried 17 times to call the dealership to schedule service 3 hours so far no call back Have tried the operator 12 times no answer mail box full Called and went thru sales to get connected. No answer mailbox full Called to as for general manager. Could not get any one to answer the phone

Typical dealer. Advertise the car for one price. When you go to test drive it you're told there is a $495 "dealer package" fee that can't be waived. After I stopped laughing I walked out and told them not to contact me again. This is a clown show. Don't waste your time and take your business elsewhere !!!

I was helped by Josue M at the Webster location. He was very helpful and patient with me and did everything he could to answer any question I had.
