Bayside Ford of King George replaced my water pump, did my recent recall, and double checked my fluids. The service team is always great when I go in for service and very trust worthy!

Took my car there for warranty work.

Took my car there for warranty work. Said needs a 02 sensor. We will order it and call you to schedule a day to fix it. Two weeks later no call. I called them and there trying to get it done through ford low mileage warranty. Two more weeks pass and I called AGAIN well I don’t understand why we didn’t call you. O ford hasn’t approved it yet. xxx. So I payed for extended warranty also I said why not just run it through that. Great idea. Well a week and nothing. I decided to sell car so I took it to a local ford dealer and they said $200 for the warranty I argued I bought a 100% warranty. So I called Zurich. They said no you have to pay 1st $200. That was not what bayside sold me but is that why they never called me idk. So I called bayside and the sales manager I dealt with was no longer there so the new guy “Kevin” said I’ll see what I can do to help you. I’ll call you back by 5pm. It’s been 4 weeks and no call back. They lost a sale bc I definitely would have went back before this happened. Thanks Bayside Ford.

The salesman Henry was very responsive and helpful during my purchase. The team was transparent when discussing the condition of the used vehicle. My vehicle needed some minor repairs after purchase and they were made as they should have been.

Not having an appointment, I dropped in to Bayside Ford

Not having an appointment, I dropped in to Bayside Ford on a Holiday for service and recall first thing in the morning fully expecting to be told, they couldn't work me in on this day. However, I was met with the complete opposite of what I was expecting at Shayne's service counter! Not only did he say, they could accommodate me, he said he could have me in and out in an hour. Having driven 45 minutes to get there, I was thrilled and especially thrilled when my vehicle was done in 45 minutes. Can't say enough good about my visit. The dealership was clean and offered a very welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the wonderful job Bayside Ford at King George!!.Thank you to the folks in the service bays performing the work and to Shayne, A job very well done!!
