I could go to any Buick dealer for my service. But I choose to continue to come here Josh and Logan always make sure my vehicle is running properly and safe They are always very Professional and listen to my concerns They make sure when I leave I am satisfied with the service They make sure I have a loaner vehicle when needed

My wife took her vehicle in for a liftgate issue, they

My wife took her vehicle in for a liftgate issue, they charged her over $200 just to look at it, including "environmental fees" and "document storage".. We will never take our vehicle there for service. They would rather make money this way than actually fixing the vehicles.

The finance department lies to your face to up sell

The finance department lies to your face to up sell extended warranty! And they don’t have any reputable techs in there service department ! Took truck in for radio not working and they said it was the screen and was bad ? I guess no one there is technically competent in electronics! Took it apart and half the plugs were not plugged in so took it to a shop with a radio tech and the HMI is bad . Stay away from this place they lie and don’t know what they are doing !

I reached out to this dealership online several times

I reached out to this dealership online several times asking for a lease quote, after being passed around 3 or 4 different representatives asking if my questions have been answered they never got back to me about my simple question. Not sure if the turn around is that bad or they just don't care about internet lease inquiries. Unfortunate.
