AVIS Car Sales is Not a Fraud!!!

I have purchased two Grand Caravans from Avis Sales in the Phoenix, AZ area. It does take a long time to get all the paperwork completed. At a regular dealership you walk in sign papers, pay and go. This process is done long distance because the office is in Texas and the sales areas are all over the country. I became frustrated the first time for sure and a little the second time but you can't beat getting to drive the car for 3 days to be sure you are really going to enjoy driving it, hopefully, for a long time after you buy it. In the end I have been quite satisfied with my purchases. You do need to know that Avis does not want to repair anything that you find wrong with the car but if it is something that you can get fixed cheaply enough and will not affect your satisfaction with the vehicle, they will negotiate the price. I was happily surprised with that possibility when I purchased my current van. You won't have someone to hold your hand during the purchase process but you also won't have a pushy salesman either. Take your pick and happy car hunting!!!
