The advertised price is not the real price!

Shawn Boaz the Used car director required me to pay $22904.13 for a car with the asking price of $22,158 becuase I wanted to pay in cash instead of financing the vehicle. This is a “hidden finance charge” outlawed by Regulation Z. It may also be a “Deceptive Act or Practice” under state and federal law. Three weeks later the cars price has since been reduced to $19,538 and I'm still being told my price to buy the car would be $22904.13.

Kia is great, Vanguard is NOT!

Bought 2 cars from dealership when it was Patterson but the quality of the staff & workmanship fell drastically since it became vanguard. A simple screw in my tire was too difficult for the to handle. After driving onto the highway, I happened to look at my tire pressure. The one the fixed was 51psi!!! On the tire it says not to inflate past 38! They could have killed me.

Buyer Beware

Purchased at used car. Paid half because they kept the car and it would be ready in a few days (maintenance warning on vehicle). After two weeks with no communications and charging an excessive fee to purchase I called to inquire. The sales person had left the company. Finally after two and a half weeks I went to pick up the vehicle that was suppose to be detailed and ready. The car only had one key fob (had to make another hour trip to solve that), the only available key fob had a dead battery, detailing looked like it was done by the local high school for a fund raiser. Driving the car home I discovered the rear wiper was inop. I left on a vacation in the vehicle a week later and got a check engine light on the first leg of the trip. Took vehicle into a credible Nissan dealer and they discovered the wrong ECM software was loaded and the Vanguard had installed the wrong battery. I called the used car manager to inform him his maintenance inspection was not being accomplished even though everything was checked off on the paperwork. His response was simple it was my problem now. Do not use Vanguard Kia for sales or service. Buyer beware.

Worst experience at Vanguard Kia of Arlington

I found one Toyota Corolla 2020 online which met our requirements and budget, then we called the dealership 'Vanguard Kia of Arlington' to enquire about the car. When we arrived, they informed us that the car was not available and suggested we look at other options. In the meantime, they got all my personal details and ran my credit report without my consent. Their junior staff were very inexperienced and senior management was very rude. I will not advise anyone to go there ever.

The worst.

The worst. Two weeks ago I went there to get a replacement key and fob for our KIA Soul. Turned out they didn't have the shank in stocks. Monday I took it in to get a driver's side head lamp replaced. The mechanic didn't have one on hand so we went the parts desk only to find out they didn't have one in stocks and they'd have to order one. So I said okay, order one. I also decided to get my key replaced only to find out that they still didn't have that shank in stocks either!! Sorry Vanguard but wer'e not giving you our business!! 2nd car I've bought from Vanguard. Smooth experience, Brett was great... easy to work with and not a lot of price haggling. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Awesome experience

Our sales person, Levi, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our new 2023 Kia Sportage! The entire purchasing process was the best I have ever experienced. There were no surprises - extremely professional! I would not hesitate telling others how thorough and pleasant the experience was.
