File a complaint against this shop. They committed fraud by charging for a diagnosis to get work done that didn’t need to be done. Luckily my main mechanic documents everything and I was able to quickly check that the part they proposed be replaced was brand new. I filed a complaint with the dept of consumer affairs BAR and will stay on them until they are cited for this. It also takes forever to get a response. Weeks go by before anyone get back to you. My jeep has been there since July 5. It’s January 9th.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I spent over 5 hours at the dealership waiting on paperwork. Everyone kept saying “you’re next, it’ll be quick now” and then would go on and leave us sitting there, not offering us anything while we wait. Nothing was comped, after we complained, they brought us a bag of chips and water. They gave us no understanding of when we would be done. I came in with the exact car and I had been pre approved for a loan so it should have been a very easy sale. Once I had signed the paperwork, the car sells man tells me the car is getting washed down the street, and he did not have an eta on when it would be completed either. After 20 minutes asked to just take the car without it being washed, and then drove off with a dirty car another 20 minutes. I’m not sure why the car was not washed in the 4+ hours prior to signing. Unbelievable that I bought a new car and was treated that way. Never going to buy a Jeep again and never going to Sunnyvale Chrysler Doge Jeep

Incompetent
Worst service department. Charged 370$ just for "diagnostics" and made me wait for 2 days for nothing. Stay away from this incompetent dealership. You are only wasting your time and money for nothing.

Dishonest.
Wow where to begin… they had the exact same truck listed on their website at various prices.. went to look at the truck abs coincidence that stock number I wanted had the keys missing from their Lock box, but had same exact truck right next to it with keys.. I wanted the one listed at lowest price… salesman comes back and tells me it’s $59k, markup of $5k! I said no look at your website. Website states $48k with incentives and dealer discount..So he comes back and says ok it was just for that one truck… I previously told him I wanted $43-$43.5k on trade.. he tells me $43 looks good but they are trying to get me $43.5… I wait… goes to get my pricing from GM and tells me sorry, we can only give you $37k! I’ve had 5 different appraisals completed previously, lowest offer was $42k! I go to GM and told him it was a joke. He says well we are selling you a $59k car for a great deal.. so wait you give me less for my trade because you decided to sell a vehicle at a reasonable price! Needless to say I’m tired of BS dealer lies. Had a few words and left. Salesman Tony was nice but I feel bad for him having to deal with that BS. I’d give zero stars if I could. Crooks.

Went smooth... Highly reccomend!
Received an oil change in record time. Had many questions answered about my Chrysler Pacifica. Melody(advisor) was courteous and professional. David(Manager) was knowledgeable and unhurried. Could not have been better.

Negotiated price went up $1.5K during paperwork
They tried to trick me. Don’t recommend anyone to come to the SUNNYVALE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM. You risk to spend several hours, get thumbs up for your deal and then you’ll be told the deal can’t be done. Please find details about my experience below. When I came in to the dealership, a sticker on the car that I liked was $1500 less than an advertised internet price. I asked the dealership guy I’ve been working with (Michael) if this is a correct price and mentioned the internet price I saw - he said the sticker price is correct, must be a weekend discount. After that, he went to his manager several times to confirm deal details we’ve been discussing - everything was ok. So we agreed on a price that was even lower than the sticker price, I filled out financing form, waited about 40 mins... by that time, I’ve been there for already 3 hours. and then Michael came and said that the sticker price was wrong and everything he can give is a little bit lower than the internet price. I asked how can it be, given that I explicitly was said the sticker price is correct and Michael had a chance to double check it with manager. The answer was “I’m sorry, that was a mistake”. I said that I buy the car for the sticker price or leave and got “No”. So I left.

Poor service
Booked an appointment over the phone for an oil change on my Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I did ask over the phone whether I can use a coupon from their website for $59.95 and they said yes and to print it and bring it with me. I was there today on time for my appointment and the service advisor told me that he can't accept the coupon since it is not in the system. He offered that I do the oil change for $129.95. That's $70 more! I asked him what it takes to add the coupon into the "system" since I got it from their own website and he told me that he needs to talk to the manager and I should come on another day. Never had such a poor service. They don't honor coupons from their own website!

A long history of great service
I have purchased several cars fom Pearson Buick. I always bring my Buicks to Pearsn for repairs because I know the job is done right. John Yabara in the service department took great care of my last Buick LaCross such that it looked new after 10 years of lots of miles. I just bought a new Verano and John Gautreau and Jim Sanchez in sales were the best at getting me through the training on all the new features, I'm going to love this car just as I did the last ones. Great job guys, fabulous crew..
